Hi, I'm a new player sorry if this is in the wrong room, I didn't know where else to post but I'm trying to link my new Arc account with the offer code for PS4 to get a companion as an offer for new players. It's saying the code is either already used or incorrect. I've double triple checked and the code is fine but still not working... can anyone help?

had to unlink my account from an arc account i created by mistake on original creation... follwed the steps by customer support.... now i cant link my account to the correct arc account and CS says theu cant help me get my 250k AD BACK... any1 offer any solutions at all?

Why in the world can you not chat with a keyboard by pressing enter. Having to use the controller before and after each entry is game breaking when it comes to community. Could be changed easily. Why don’t more ps4 players speak up about this
