Mecha and tights are obviously already a part of the Champions lore. I would just like to see something a bit more specific to my tastes since they're already taking inspiration from other IPs anyway.
Please keep Assault Rifle's Escalation. I'm testing currently, and I'm seeing a pretty large decrease in damage output. Live build crits around 2.3k regularly with Escalation. Current PTS build (same specs, etc) can't even go past 1.6k. What exactly was the reason for this change to begin with?
This is one I built after reading this thread. It may seem like a strange build, but the concept is music-based Sentai. He has Music Auras and a Microphone that doubles as a Sword, which explains the HW powers and Str stats. The Str Spec also provides a sturdiness that allows me to tank without putting in too much work.…
The ones I'm extra proud of: Makai Knight Splice(Fire/Dual Sword Tank) Kamen Rider Lumos(Support Auras+Heals) LemuriMan(HW/Ice Tank) Some friends and I, The New Danger Rangers.(I'm Red).
Agh that sucks. Well, thanks for the info Avianos. Would be super cool if it could be implemented without all those issues though. Heck, I get frame rate drop and lag from Endbringer's Grasp but it's still a cool power fx wise. Does stacking Reciprocating Gizmo cause framerate drop?
I use the Teamup dropdown menu for healing/clicking in cosmics, cause I can never click someone's hitbox anyway. Too many clustered up, plus the massive Cosmic box. I don't think it would make that much of a difference, but correct me if I'm wrong please!
Just give PvP its own Gear tiers that use acclaim, and maybe an Acclaim/SCR conversion so that people can hop between PvE and PvP as they please. The main issues with PvP that made it not fun(imo as a former PvPer) seemed to have been device cycling and AD cycling, both of which have been fixed. We now have hold resistance…
Vexx, this is a hella cool idea. There are so many new people who just don't know about fight specifics or where to find info. Another good idea would be to add Irwin to the C.O.S.M.I.C. with a Tutorial Video on each boss (Complete with aussie accent) sorta like that Maxx Planck guy.
Yeesh, good point. Though at the same time, a mechanic like that (if toned down and given max targets) could serve to make QW dailies more soloable for those without uber builds/vehicles/friends. Of course they're doable now but, it's tougher for some characters or fresh level 40s.
I love this idea. It seems more fitting than a Lightspeed/Lightwave/Radiation theme having a delay. ESPECIALLY see this working with the Laser Sword combo being an AoE.
^THIS. Exactly this. You know, all these changes were on the test forums for days. Where was all the complaining about the new Bloodmoon then? It's meant to be group content, but I've soloed whole mobs and bosses before in the old Bloodmoon. This is a good update in my opinion.
BUG: Banish's Visual FX and Power Duration show as active when you damage an enemy being held by the power, even if the enemy has broken free. Example: I held a DEMON Villain in the Powerhouse with Banish. Stabbed it once and the power fx and duration were still active on the enemy, but the enemy had actually broken free…
I also use Iniquity, bubbles, compassion, and radiant sigils. Ascension and ubreakable. But I'm Int primary and AoPM, to boost my stats more, reduce cost, and so that my EB reduces the counter on my self rezz when necessary.
Well then, we should run together so I could add that to the tanking feats I've personally seen. And yes, having a good healer is the point, but many healing builds are gonna take a hit. Especially those who run Self-Rezz! That power already has an abysmal CD.
Whoa, no one's discriminated or segregating. I only posted my personal observation. Also, my build in particular is built to run that way, so it in fact DOES need those things to function. I think maybe you misunderstood my post? I'm not a rich player by any means, so the builds I do have took tons of grinding and effort…
Of course I have bubbles. Both Force and Tele. But if you've healed rampages, you know that Grav will pick on random players. A sequence of FCs can tear through bubbles like paper. Then what of the PUG newbie player who can run around and catch you in Grav's targeting bubble? What passive are you running to get God Bubbles…
So what happens if your support gets hit by Ice Daggers and dies because they're CD locked now when they wouldn't have been before? It has nothing to do with me needing to step up my game, I like my game the way it is. It keeps me alive to keep others alive. My post was meant to show that it's not just PvPers who'll take a…
I run an Int-based, AoPM healer for Rampages. The only way that healer stays alive to keep people fighting is low CD, and AD cycling. So it can destroy builds. ESPECIALLY support and crowd control. I couldn't care less about PvP, but if I did, my healer would also be screwed on that front. Then, what about the Frosticus…
This. I agree with this. Cycling ADs/AOs is a huge issue and needed addressing, but what about the players who use Int for Crowd Control PvE builds? Or the healers? I have a healer character that can only stay alive in Fire/Ice because of good CDR. Look more at Shared Cooldowns, don't place a universal nerf on…
