It's not the developers. These changes have come down from the publishers. Subscription removals are happening in several other games run by Perfect Worlds Entertainment as well.

Not unless you're willing to fork over the money for the lifetime. You're much better off buying Zen and unlocking account options and a few Freeform slots (on sale preferably) than subscribing anyway. As for the changes, Aesica hit the nail right on the head.

I kind of do the same. If some rockstar is pulling half the alert at a time I just turtle up behind my block until all the mobs fire off their big attacks. Then I just tap blast mobs down. Glacier doesn't need much healing. But spec Adrenaline Rush and the AT should pretty much be unkillable in anything but Cosmic/QZone stuff.

I think it would be 10 X 10 / (Sum:Powersets) = Effective bonus. You aren't getting a 20% boost to every power, just a 10% boost to any power you use. It is asking for two mods to be one mod though.
