They all have a 10 minute cooldown unaffected by CDR. Instead of bogging down our starter inventories with useless trash, just upgrade the thing.

It seems to me that a lot of these problems could even be solved with a "flavor as needed" option- for instances, something that allows you to change the source of a power from hands to "guns" the way that you can change certain powers from palm to fist, forehead, or chest.

I hear constantly on forums and in game that the game has a critically low subscriber base. For once I want to see numbers that support this. PW doesn't keep the game open out of charity, it must be making money somehow.

I'll do you one better. All players get a free travel power, remove the second travel power point, add one additional power at 35, and make travel powers normal powers. Then, a character who is there mostly for RP purposes can have multiple (Or no) travel powers, more flexibility, etc.

Mmm, the open endedness was kind of the point to it- It'd take a long time to rack up more than three or four powers, but being technically open ended would mean there's no literal limit to a heroes strength, but a fairly decent practical one.
