The XP boost and XP award are supposed to be rewarded in the same drop. Unfortunately, the buff receipt seems to be overriding the XP award, giving a big fat nothing in the way of XP.

    Update: Apparently, it's happening in ALL alerts now. Not getting the XP award from the end of the alert.
