Not sure where exactly the Altar is to travel too.

Is this from the Burial Cave to the Altar? I tried this but failed. Or the Spirit Den? I tried that too, no luck.

Which perk is this? Can you provide more info?

    It would be:
    From Bad to Worse
Travel from the entrance to Eclipse's Cave to Tilingkoot's Altar.

Noticed it on the My Character page for one of my characters (and it was in the post I made earlier and had been asking how to get it since I had no clue where Tilingkoot's Altar was. From the perk description you need to start at Eclipses cave in the SE (the shiny black mission entrance of doom!) and follow some path to Tilingkoot's alter in the NW.

No idea what that actual path is, I had no time tonight to play to find out (stupid certification classes... grr...) but it sounds like Dardove managed to get it tonight just flying around up by Kikkitilik in the NW.

Likely you already have gotten the SE end of it doing the mining camp quest and the one to fight Eclipse (assuming that you are of level to have gotten those quests yet and have been to that area of Canada).

If Tilinkoot's Altar is up by Kigitilik (I'll spell that right eventually) then it is just a matter of figuring out what the connecting path is. Since it does pretty much span the length of the map likely most of us have traveled across chunks of the path already, may just mean going along the roads and pathways on the map to remove any areas still under 'fog of war' to get those path sections counted.

Again, I haven't earned this yet myself and I while I beleive Dardove was saying earlier that he earned the perk tonight, I may be wrong.

oh, I don't know - some of these are related to missing missions...and fixing those would functionally be "adding content" which is high up on the list.

They might not be missing missions that are coming back though, they're missions that were removed and had their bits shifted elsewhere (like "Fastest Gun in the West" becoming the carousel open mission), and it's just a matter of the perk not being properly shifted to the new activity. Then there are some missions that just sort of vanished, like Hikers Horror (because it was super glitchy towards the end of beta for some reason), and there was one that you used to be able to get in Fight Club to escort some fanboy back out that vanished months ago and hasn't been see since.
    Fool's Gold
Escort Field Researcher Viera as he makes his way around the Atomic Wastelands searching for irradiated gold deposits, ensuring he completes it alive.

New to me, never seen that guy.
    From Bad to Worse
Travel from the entrance to Eclipse's Cave to Tilingkoot's Altar.
Not sure where exactly the Altar is to travel too.

Tillikoot's altar is in Lynx Fold, it's I think a level 36-ish mission objective. It's a little altar maybe 20ft tall.
    Tower Assault
Kill the VIPER agents surrounding the isolated tower in Rime Woods
Uh.. What tower in Rime Woods?

I think that's the one next to the lake with the crashed plane, right near the level 12-ish contact.
What even are 'Modern Evil Spirits'?

My guess would be Nemesis minions of some sort. Do you have any yet? If not they might just not exist yet and will be new Blood Moon content.
This is listed on the wiki, but I've been unable to get credit for the wolf defeats (Freki and Geri). Has anyone completed this recently?

Speaking of, I found a named wolf named Silverback near a cabin in Burial Butte, but killing him didn't seem to give any perk or anything.
Is the Echinocos Shores spawn point not counting or am I just way off on where I think I am

There are several spawn points in that general area, I'm not sure which the perk uses. Check my map here. I just noticed it's a bit incomplete, there's another respawn point in the volcanic area near where I marked "41-ish", but I seem to remember that I'd never spawn there when I died, no matter how much closer I was to it than the other points.
Ah, so you have managed to earn it then?

I'll have to fly around up there some more. I really do wonder what the 'path' you are supposed to follow for the perk is though. Suppose I will have to fly back and forth over any parts of the map that is still 'fog of war'd out on my character's map to see if that does it for me.

I think "path" ones tend to be fairly simple. They have a series of invisible "waypoints" that you can activate in pretty much in any order, so long as you hit all of them. My guess on this one would be just aim in a straight like (point at the demony head thing).

I thought it might be that too and killed all of the VIPER spawns by it for a but no perk for it so far and I think that area is zoned as Steelhead and not Rime Woods.

Yeah, but not any undead minions for my nemesis (Infernals w/ Darkness). Not even seen any undead minions as I can recall and I believe those have a different perk name. You may be right about the Blood Moon content, just not sure how I've made progress on that perk for it to show up as an active mission on that character (and just that character of mine) on the My Characters page already though.

I only recall seeing this guy in a rad suit once standing by a bunch of Radiation Eaters. At the time he was just standing there broken and not doing anything. That was during the Early Start.
That one is a Nemesis clue mission. I did it earlier on my main, so I'll check if I have the Perk when the server is back up.

I earned that one in CB when I helped take down Kigatilik. It triggered somewhere between Kigatilik's altar and Tilingkoot's.
    Garbage Collector
Pick up and throw 25 objects on the Westside B.A.S.H. map.
Didn't see this one on the wiki and haven't been back to BASH yet to try it.
If that's the requirement, then it should be easy to earn.

I accidently found a perk in Millenium City called 'Journey through the center of the Earth'. I'm not going to spoil it all, but I will say this: to get the perk, you have to do exactly what it's name says. ;)

    "Downtown Dustoff"

Just finished the quest, MARS Teams spawns on the stairs going in the river in front of Harmon building.
Quest went like a breez at lvl 31, triggered civilians and escort to evac point, triggered countdown to chopper pickup with smoke grenade, lost 1 or 2 MARS to destroids but all civilians were ok and ultimatly quest was completed as well as "A Gathering Shadow" perk.

    You mean this?

Also, the text for Garbage Collector is: Pick up and throw 25 objects on the Westside B.A.S.H. map.

I have a feeling most will find a clue for getting the Perk from that.

Can Downtown Dustoff only be taken as part of another quest or can you still go back and take it later?

Well that was my question, had you made progress, an apparently you have. If you've only got a little progress then maybe it was someone else's minions that you got some damage in on at random (I have some anti-ninja perk points from doing that). Since you have it it isn't likely Blood Moon stuff, maybe it's some rare subset of a more common enemy, seems odd.

[edit] I looked over my own levle 32 and she has those too. It strikes me that all the other "kill X" perks only show the one you're on, not ones you haven't started on yet, like only showing the "1000" one, not the 100 you've already done or the 5000 you'll do next. This one shows 10/100/1000. Perhaps it's not one you're already on, just one that they have only half-integrated the UI for for later content.

I spent a while last night trying this, visiting each of the spires that periodically spit out red smoke for damage, what I presume you are supposed to sample. No perk yet and no progress listing in-game.
It works, you have to take damage from each of the terraforming spires in Fallen Sun Forest. This means taking off Invulnerability if you have it on, as the low DoT can't penetrate Rank 1 Invul with moderate STR after level 30ish.

Also, there are 3 spires down by Timothy Lo and 3 spires east of the Reign of Frogs open mission.

Pretty sure I had gotten all of those. Hmm, I did do it with a character with PFF on though. It may not have counted the damage that the PFF took if it was sufficiently low enough not to penetrate the PFF (I was paying more attention to the snare affect triggering on me to determine I'd taken damage then my actual health meter).

I'll have to go up there and remove PFF from my passive slot and try that again.
    Deth wrote:

Hmm. I have and there have been zombies in there. I assumed kills on those would be going to the pet killer line of perks and not a seperate one. May have to find someone with that power to duel for a bit and see if I can't get a few more kills to, if nothing else, disprove this since it would be odd to double-dip on those for perks. Plus...

Well, if nothing else it is nice to have it confirmed that I am not the only one showing the existence of those perks on their 'My Character' page. Given the kill counts needed, it does look like you are most likely correct about it being a Nemesis minion perk. I wonder if it got triggered from simply going through the Nemesis creation UI since it only shows up on my character that has made a nemesis.

Anyone else having the perk show up on their 'My Character' pages for their characters with nemesis?

It's possible. I know I haven't taken part in it and it isn't on the wiki, so I don't know. Either way, it's odd that it's listed when none of the other uncompleted open missions are listed.

On other notes... I don't know if it's been mentioned, but Garbage Collector is for picking up objects in BASH, not throwing/destroying them (whatever the text may say). I got it as I lifted up item 25, not when I threw it. So it really doesn't matter what you throw it at, or whether you get a chance to before the game ends.

BASH is ffa, so it's possible to do something even as a ground based pure melee character. As long as you can survive 2 people trying to kill you.

My main is a ranged attacker and that is still what I plan to do.
The BASH Westside map looks a lot like the construction sites in Westside (probably a lift of a few of the city blocks from there, never really paid attention to the map when I tried it so not sure which ones exactly, I'd guess the Purple Caught Red-Handed mission area) so there is a lot of stuff to throw if you can lift it.

    Both:
    Open Mission: Undead on Arrival
You've Defeated Rictus and his Zombie Horde!

Open Mission: Nadir of the Invaders
You've defended the Alien Technology from VIPER!

Show up as perks in progress for me. I believe they are both broken perks right now as I've solo'd Nadir of the Invaders more then once and not had that perk unlock (and Undead on Arrival keeps breaking on me about halfway through (not all of the totems respawn to be destroyed again) but I also don't see the perk on the wiki so I assume it is broken still).

I noticed jar #5 isn't on the wiki. It's stuck in a wall and I had to move around a little to get the interact button showing, but here it is...

Confirmed this one and took a screen for the wiki. Removing it from the Perks in Progress.

Also, I did get "Billy Goat Bluff" today, so that's still working for those that need it.

Ah yes, thank you muchly! Now we just have to find the remaining music pieces.

Though really kinda miffed about all the perks that you need flight to get.

And will I am thinking about it, if there is a collection perk in Westside and City Center, maybe there is one in Downtown?
