When I went back and read the lifetime subscription (better, seaofsorrows?), page, it says that the Android officer, is supposed to be 'free'. Why are so many people saying that they 'bought' the officer? If you have to buy the officer, just how much does s/he cost? This is a real headscratcher.

In my mission que, the 'mission' is green highlighted, as 'EASY', it is supposed to be a "single player mission". Just why in the world would the developers create missions that they don't want anyone to execute?

Thank you, Protoneous. I was clearly "working without a net", here. While looking at YouTube videos, might be a good source of instruction to start, why one of the videogame player guide publishers, PRIMA, or BRADYGAMES, hasn't been approached to publish a 'how-to' guide for this 'program'.
