When I went back and read the lifetime subscription (better, seaofsorrows?), page, it says that the Android officer, is supposed to be 'free'. Why are so many people saying that they 'bought' the officer? If you have to buy the officer, just how much does s/he cost? This is a real headscratcher.

All our BOFFS inevitably all end up as Commanders since we want them to use all their abilities, which results in a senior staff of 14 Commanders on board of our ships. BOFF ranks are really…

You should be able to acquire a shuttle at any level. After bloodying my head from "ENDLESSLY BANGING IT ON THE BULKHEADS", I finally got it! I went to the 'C-STORE',…

USS MICK BRUMBY USS HARMON RABB SR. USS CHEGWIDDEN USS STURGIS TURNER USS SARAH MACKENZIE USS RETRIBUTION (There are more, but I'd have to get to SPACEDOCK to compile the list).
To azrael605. I also signed into the program in 2012, (or was it 2013, I'll have to check the "Captain's Log" to verify the actual start date). But as MY fuzzy memory recalls, the crafting wasn't so 'severe'. When I previously ran STAR TREK ONLINE, I knew that I "could give, as good as I got", when the ships I built, got…
To seaofsorrows. Does this mean that you can 're-visit' previous missions, so that you can complete them without having your ships winding up TOTALLY OBLITERATED, by "programmer/developer controlled ships" equipped with 'EPIC'-level weapons and shields? When I last ran STAR TREK ONLINE, all of this CRAFTING TRIBBLE,…
To, Snowwolf#0563. Thank you. I have checked the overflow bag. I check it, an lo & behold, THERE WAS A VERITABLE TREASURE TROVE OF STUFF that I thought had simply been nullified, when I didn't see it in my main inventory. And in response to ashstom1. No I have NOT bought anything from the STAR TREK ONLINE 'EXCHANGE'. The…
Thank you, THANK YOU! You ever have a broken limb in a cast? Now, did you ever have an EXCRUCIATING ITCH, way, waaay down in the cast, that no matter what you tried to do, you JUST COULDN'T REACH THAT ITCH?
In my mission que, the 'mission' is green highlighted, as 'EASY', it is supposed to be a "single player mission". Just why in the world would the developers create missions that they don't want anyone to execute?
> @nikephorus said: > The difficulty is fine, but the tutorials are terrible. New players make it to... now 65... and have bad builds and have to come to the forums and make sad posts like this one. "The 'difficulty' is ALWAYS fine", once you're fortunate enough to attain the necessary equipment. Isn't it?
As someone who 'read'/'listened' to all of the so-called 'tutelage', from all of the "Venerable Veterans" of this mmorpg. I am NOT going to "bite my tongue" about this. What you all 'choose' to call STO on YOUR various systems, is YOUR particular affair. But since NONE of YOU, running STO on MY HP dv7 6b57nr Entertainment…
Well guys(?) Thanks for all of the 'tips' & 'advice'. I will try it "one more time!" And 'possibly', several more times after that. I guess that's what being a Starfleet officer's all about. But as a 62 year old NON-WHITE man, who knows he's not part of the "CHOSEN 'GAMER' DEMOGRAPHIC", I am NOT into "blind compliance".…
Look, I am a 62 year old man. ALL of that made absolutely no, I repeat, NO sense. If the 'intention' is to "aggressively DISCOURAGE" less-skilled users of the program, I've got to tell you, YOU'RE DOING A DAMNED FINE JOB. Haven't you people ever heard of "K.I.S.S."? Reading all of "that stuff", I thought I was 'listening'…
Thank you, Protoneous. I was clearly "working without a net", here. While looking at YouTube videos, might be a good source of instruction to start, why one of the videogame player guide publishers, PRIMA, or BRADYGAMES, hasn't been approached to publish a 'how-to' guide for this 'program'.
Thank you all, for your prompt responses. I guess, when one reaches 'geezer-hood', one starts to experience the "human equivalent" of, "Bendii's syndrome". I'll have more questions, so please, exercise just a little restraint of criticism, and a bit tolerant patience.
