I am having SERIOUS DIFFICULTY, in getting the shipyard officer to allow me the use of a TYPE 8 SHUTTLE to complete my mission to "THE VAULT". Is it AT ALL possible to "go over this officer's head" and get the base Admiral to requisition a shuttle for my use.
