I just bought CAPTAIN RETRAIN TOKENS in the C-STORE. Where do I find them?

  Captain Retrain Tokens are for redoing your skills. You use them by going into your captain skill screen (press 'U' on the keyboard and click the Skills tab) and clicking the button at the bottom that says "Reset Skills" or something like that.
  
  Lifetime Subscriptions are applied automatically to the account you're logged into when you buy them; no need to claim anything from the C-Store. https://sto.gamepedia.com/Lifetime_subscription
