It might seem complicated but it's not. Currently STO is a very simple game. Do the endeavors then logout. (Ok you can donate to your fleet and do the currently running event. But that's all.)
stick to doffing, admiralty. Visit some nebulas, do some tour of the galaxy. Do winter event, summer event. Anniversary and first contact. After the tutorial, where you need to defend yourself, no need for violence.
Yes, thank you all, got some nice offers, still I decided to put the fleet on hold till at least my bro comes back. (I joined up with Reddit fleet. They are a big fleet, a friendly bunch and there's always someone to talk to. Also I lurk /r/sto anyways.)
I mean I always get endeavors like harvest some hurq, harvest some tzenkethi or more often than not harvest some gorn. Ok, when I said I wish this game was more like Mass Effect I didn't mean this lol. "There is no war, only the harvest." - Leviathan
officially no. But sometimes they upgrade the servers and databases and items can go poof. Keep at least 1 instance of event ships, items on one of your toons. Same with recruits. Never delete recruits. Just recently there was a service sale for toon slots.
You've made a mistake choosing the escort. Escorts, science ships, raiders are the playthings of the 1%-ers. Us peasants need to choose cruisers so we can live to see another day.
Well, if it's true and they want a season or something out for the Picard show then they're in death march this whole year. So maybe next year... if they don't want tie-ins with lower decks and section 31 shows.
