I get the same issue. This is the second time making a character that it hasn't worked and it's rather frustrating. Does this development team not have anyone working QA? It's horrible.
I get the same thing. Every time I switch areas, my power tray is reset. I've actually had it reset while I was rearranging it! This is quite frustrating. Perhaps they should have actually tested these fixes before declaring them resolved.
I don't. I prefer the old way it was setup. It feels more like a downgrade than an upgrade to the way it was setup. At least an option to disable the way it works should be added if not fully reverted. It's annoying, distracting and overall less friendly in showing me available options.
Still have no received my monthly zen either. It's a little ridiculous that this sort of situation happens every month. "Will I actually get it this time or not?" should never be a question that goes through a customers mind.
I didn't get mine this month. I really would like to know how they process this. I would assume it's automated, but given the amount of times I've missed my stipend since the games launch, it feels like they have some poor guy manually adding them to each account.
You were not the only one this happened to. The same thing happened to me. The money was taken from my paypal account but doesn't show the purchase on my PW account page. Send in a ticket and hope they help. That's what I did.

You must acquire the normal full MACO set before the adapted will become available/visible. It's intentional and states in the reputation description that you must do this.
It takes a little more effort to switch providers at a business end than at your home. You can't just shop online for those available in your neighborhood and switch with a phone call. at least you can purchase t4 upgrades. I've tried two items that unlock (borg prosthetic arm weaponry and borg consumables II) and neither show up in my store. I submitted a GM ticket about it, hopefully it's resolved. Have you tried that route?
