Can't log in anymore.

Since attempting to enter the Winter Event, my client dies as soon as I select to have the character enter the game. No 'safe login' option is available; and the support site doesn't load, so I can't open a ticket. Any ideas?

    I'm not even getting that far. I hit launch, it goes through to the initial "New Dawn" load screen, then immediately tells me that the gameclient.exe has stopped working. It's been doing that all this week.

    Mine is stuck on the loading screen of New Dawn too.

    Still having issues trying to load anywhere near and/or at DS9
