Cant Play Victory is LIFE - Wont Allow Choosing an Alliance

How long does it take a GM to get back to you? Ive been waiting since the second week that "Victory is Life" launched as i cant play the new faction, i get to the choosing an alliance and it doesn't do anything and i cant continue on, i have delete my character at least 3 times to see if that helps or fixes it, no go!

    It can take a while.

    More detail will help. What exactly happens after you select your faction that stops your progress for a start?

    If you are referring to playing your faction's (FED/KDF) missions, they do not unlock until you complete the Tenebris episode for that character.

    I had the same problem occuring to me on my Jem'hadar vanguard back then. Had to delete him and create a new one.

    I am aware that it takes sometime, as for the selection after it sounds like you selected it but it appears after you go back to space, i continue to receive the select your faction.

    I get the same issue. This is the second time making a character that it hasn't worked and it's rather frustrating.

    Does this development team not have anyone working QA? It's horrible.

    Yes, i was able to select my faction with that new toon. Regardless, that sort of thing should not happen. Especially with a cash shop species.
