I appreciate that :), I know its a flawed build as its the Eisenburg and I hadn't built it up much yet, but what happened was still a shock. I did the Tholian one after, which worked just fine.

I suspected that's the case, there were plenty of pets flying around too which didn't help lol. This is the first time its happened, I hope its not going to become a thing.

New shinies and also different games coming onto the market, time is the one resource they all try to get :). I'm following The Mandate on Kickstarter and I hope the Dev's see it too for inspiration.

shockwave85 provided the best answer imho. I started again from level 1 and just hit 50 and yes, with Nukara and New Romulus alone there is a lot left to do. Personal preference for sure, but we (the KDF) could certainly use more people on our side, that way the Cryptic will see the need to add more content in the way of uniforms and other things of that nature which adds depth.

I bought the legacy pack, but have yet to create my Romulan/Reman, instead I created my KDF Ferasan Engineer and then purchased the new T1 KDF ship. Loving it so far! I liked the vaporization effect, I don't recall seeing smoke drifting away before. :D

I loved the KDF, did not expect the movie (film) and others bit which I won't reveal! Going back to Neverwinter for awhile during this downtime. Just managed to collect the reward as I was going to the prison planet a few minutes before the servers went down. :D

PST is about -8 GMT, it does vary +- an hour when times changes for DST/British summer time. As of writing it is almost 7:30 am over here on the West Coast, which means I need to go to work, but it looks like we can patch directly now (says 10GB).

Ferasan Engineer comes to life tomorrow, and a Rom Sci and and a Reman Tac (all not on the same day, gotta work).

I'd like to think most people would have understood that these issues appeared when Neverwinter went open beta as this bought in a huge amount of people and likewise a large increase of traffic onto their infrastructure. Hopefully this will be addressed before LoR launches :).

Great review, I enjoyed this feature too and I hope we shall see this quality come May 21st (or before on Tribble). Hopefully we shall see more weapon choices in futer.

Well I did get a tweet back from Cryptic, simply stated that they have tons of dev blog planned after I asked them about the KDF. That's about the most anyone could expect at this stage. This is the most hopeful the KDF has been so far in quite sometime, although I won't get my hopes up with regards to bug fixes lol.
