Whats going on with these PvE queues. For Klingon and for FED its almost impossible to get something going. Many of my old favorites like big dig etc none is queing for.
Probably because it gives nothing that people value. People want marks and dil so they can fill their rep so they queue for the missions that give those.
Well I can't forget a face but I won't remember y'all.

A lot of people are off doing Dyson Sphere stuff. A good number of people can't get in game because of the crashing issue. Others (like me) aren't logging in because of the missing/simple textures bug.
There are way too many choices to queue right now and that spreads people out too much. I bet if we retired some of the less trafficked ones and had them like Mirror Invasion daily events we'd have much better participation.
Everyone is doing Dyson Rep. Prior to season 8, every bonus marks time would have members of my fleet constantly running stfs. Now, everyone is quietly grinding alone since both Dyson Rep stfs aren't worth the time. But I think this happens with any new content.

The KDF queues have always been bad though.
The textures bug was supposedly addressed in yesterday's patch.
But yeah, lots of ppl are farming Dyson marks in the Battle Zones due to sheer reward volume -- it is much higher than what you see in the space portion.

Sadly that was a different graphics bug that got fixed yesterday. There was the "LSD" postprocessing bug and the missing/simple textures bug. The postprocessing bug got fixed, but not the missing/simple textures. Several of us did some testing after the patch, and it's still there as of last night.

Why can't they add so you can play against the machine if non is around? I don't to have to wait forever to be able to do the missions I want or need.
The dyson sphere is probably sucking up a lot of players, but one of the problems with always adding new queue events is you are splitting the playerbase between an ever increasing number of things to do.
they probably need to adjust rewards or have certain days give bonuses to certain events. it worked well for the stf's when they did it.
People play stuff that fun/rewarding. I have no problems getting the majority of stuff in the PvE queue going, but I avoid broken stuff (and "The Big Dig" is long, buggy and broken.)

Could be worse. Could be like Scouting Force. Even when people have the option to do the daily for that mission, they won't take it, particularly because of how the mission is set up (i.e. the part where the requirement to kill number of ships is offset by the fact that the number of ships that spawn upon this objective doesn't match the number, it's only about half that, and each cluster of ships takes 5-10 minutes to respawn just so this objective can be fulfilled).
Some missions need some major work. Though I liked the concept that someone suggested of some PVE content being offered as a limited time window, like Mirror Invasion.
We need a PVE queue for that of Dyson Sphere, for the ground it is hard to find ppl to run it, even though their is an channel created for running them. I love the Dyson Sphere ground, i wish they would expand it, you could make well it is another world.
For what was said, it has been hard to find ppl to queue up with on STF's and other PVE content.

Like said above, the Primary reason is that people are working on S8 content. But I'll be bluntly honest, even before S8 the queues have been dead.
Fleet Actions, these been around literally for 4 years and many veteran players are sick and tired of playing these. Especially for meager rewards, where now the Very Rare rewards are now trash drops since you get better from Fleet or Reputation.
With Klingon Queues, forget about it, they been dead for years with the Fleet Actions. But what's shocking is that the Fleet Queues have been dead for months now, that you are lucky to see even one group of five players doing it during the Fleet bonus event. And the only source of earning Fleet Marks is grinding Defera Hards. Even then, it's a miracle to find a group of KDF players (even with the new chat channel).
In short, Cryptic bored players by having them constantly play the same content over and over for years and nobody really wants to even think of doing them.

Maybe because unless you have a good team or are in a good zone it's not very effective?

I'm following The Mandate on Kickstarter and I hope the Dev's see it too for inspiration.
