No New Uniforms

While I love the new KDF content, well done to the Dev's as they seemed to have captured the Klingon feel and spirit I am extremely disappointed we didn't get a single new uniform. It's probably the most requested addition along with missions that have been made over the past 12 months.

The Romulans got 2 c-store and multiple free ones and we got none. Not trying to sound like I am complaining but was really hoping for a couple c-store uniforms as the ones we got have become stale after using the for so long.

Any news on when we might get some new uniforms? Got Zen just waiting for them.

Oh also is anyone else having the issue when on your new KDF character you can't use the veteran uniform pieces like the gauntlets and shoulder pads? Not only did we not yet any new ones, seems a bug has not allowed us to use some of the ones we got.

    I agree klingons need a new uniform one that looks quite different from standard klingons fare too imo, more futury instead of vikingy. Also I'm a 400day vet and I can access veteran shoulders, don't see any vet gauntlets guess that's for higher tier vets.

    This is actually very important, and it hit home when I was playing with my Romulan when someone asked which side to join and the answer given by one person, "Feds, they have more stuff".

    I'm liking the new T1 and T2 ships amongst the other changes, but uniforms are desperately needed :).

    On another I did notice you can equip the belt from Merc. Set, is this new?

    Some male and female casual.wear would be nice.

    I have also noticed all up the new Romulans have way more uniforms than the KDF, which is pretty bad. Just their starter uniforms seem to be on par with the amount the KDF get with all it's species combined (Orion, Naucassian etc).

    I hope season 8 will bring in at least half a dozen new uniforms for us, there is plenty of canon ones that aren't in game yet or not complete in game like the female TOS gear for example.

    I'd happily fork out the cash to deck my characters out with something new, the current stuff after using it for 12 months feels stale and old.

    My pre-LoR characters can use my veteran gear, but my new character I just made today can't. I've also noticed that older characters can't use the new hair styles released but new characters can.

    I've also noticed that the female Orions new and old didn't get any of the new hair styles like the Joined Trill did for example. Come on Cryptic, if you give one species a new hair style can't you give the majority of the other species it as well. I know some species like Klingon, Naucassian etc it probably won't work on but no excuse for Orions and certainly none for the older characters.

    I hope this is only a bug and not done on purpose. :D

    Comparing KDF and Roms, more uniforms are needed, I mean, they have more uniforms both free and in the C-Store, I hope the Devs realize this and make more uniforms for Season 8.

    May I ask when the new uniforms are unlocked?I have a Klingon lvl10 and a fed lvl3 and the fed has 20 or so options wile the Klingon has 5.........Is this normal?

    Any chance we can get boots that don't have a ton of spikes?

    I play KDF a ton and I would love to see more uniform choices. As mentioned something a little more future looking and sleek maybe. This thread is well put, ideas and comments done the right way to give the DEVs Ideas.

    Agree ... while I love the new KDF stuff ... they could at least unlock the "Romulan KDF Allegiance" - Uniforms for KDF ... seems pretty silly that even Romulans have more options than KDF ...
    Patch Notes : Resolved an Issue, where people would accidently experience Fun.
