Wanted to bring this back up and state that still this has not been fixed. My shields stats are exactly the same as what is available for the mark 12 version in the omega reputation. Why are they not fixing this, it was a lot of resources to upgrade to a mark 14.

Thought I would update - the latest patch has not fixed the issue. And yes did check in sector space :)

Well at least I'm not the only one - thanks for the feedback. I will keep an eye on the release notes in the hopes that one will contain a fix for this.

***Bump*** Anyone have any thoughts? Did I do something wrong that it did not work? I sure spend a lot of resources to accomplish. I will say that if it don't get fix I am not spending any ZEN ever again in the game. Its unfair to spend that much and not have the correct results.

Update - I have now upgraded to mark 14 still the same stats. What am I missing here?

Update - I found both of the items, not sure how I missed it. I will say that I agree with many of the other comments - doesn't seem like its worth it. My maco mk x11 has been upgraded to mk xiii yet the stats are the same.

Same here, i can never complete this mission. Multiple characters, multiple drops of mission and re-accept. Still can never complete it.

Update: I figured it out. For some reason Enable stereoscopic 3D was checked on my graphics card. Why the upgrade to windows 8.1 would change this I have no idea. If anyone else sees this post here. Now you know the fix :):)

I have come across a similar issue. I respected my romulan character and can now train Cannon Rapid Fire 3, however when I try to train any of my tac officers - Romulan or KDF (im aligned with KDF) it gives me the message "this officer can not be trained for this skill) or something like that. Same here. I do eventually get the list of characters screen but then when trying to play any of them, get the unknown error message and it disconnects me. Funny it was working great for me before they took it down :(

Confirmed. I renamed my ship and then changed the colors/materials and it worked. That is a pretty serious bug. I mean I can't use the ship name I want to? That's a big bummer. Hopefully with the release of Legacy of Roulus that will be fixed.

I'm glad that the bug has been found and is being fixed. I was going crazy trying to figure out why my stats were so different between my regular escort and the Andorian. We understand bugs happen - thanks for the prompt fix

I do have the unlock for the regular mark 12 omega, however since completing the last two normal optionals that i was missing I still dont have the nicer looking omega version.
