Been a while since i redid any of my guys skills but from memory yeah, thats how it works the store has different respec/redo tokens for everything so nope, you need to buy a trait respec token to respec your traits. it cost 300z fyi

for crafting you have to go to your ally's crafting area: so memory Alpha for fed alligned or Qo'nos (sp) for KDf alligned Havent really used the hortas other than the basic crafted one ( which isnt very good imo) so cant really help on that

As a player there are very few ways to get the more romulan looking weapons. You get one from a mission reward (frozen mission in the 'freedom' FE arc) The only real source of them is the Romulan rep store: all the store unlock weapons have the sleeker looks

Yes it does, just seems to be a very rare spawn. Killed it myself about a week ago, mind you that was the first time I've even seen it for about 3-4 months
