After being a bit disappointed there'll apparently be no faction-specific ship for a big landmark like the fifth anniversary, this new foundry enhancement more than makes up for it. A really excellent move by the devs, and a very welcome move back towards exploration in STO. I'm looking forward to taking my ships back out…

Yes I'm getting the 750 zen bug with both my new toons (Rom and KDF). Really annoying as customisation is one of the best aspects of the STO starships. I read somewhere that this has been a recurring bug for a long time, but it's the first time I've come across it. Is there a fix in the pipeline please, Cryptic? Cheers.

Having tried out the UI a bit I'd say it's a quantum leap over the previous one in style and aesthetics. The character creation screens are much more logical, and the choices of 'basic' styles are much more logical and easy to apply. Eventually managed to work around this bug by stripping the ship of equipment, discharging it, then reclaiming it from the Zen Store. Bit of a pain having to reconfigure stations, trophies, equipment etc. but can now successfully change the bridge in the ship tailor.

This sounds similar to a bug I just posted. I can't change the bridge on my Armitage without it wanting me to re-buy the ship.
