most fleets use a per toon rule...and it much easier to enforce that rule by lookin on the roster b4 u promote someone to see that there toon has made the criteria then it is to add up all ur contributions over all ur toons just so u know what u have done... im sure an overall fleet contribution leaderborad will come out…
