Yep, horrid support. No acknowledgement, no ETA for a fix. This is the second time they broke it too. It seems to be a feature of their updates. Last time took two months before they bothered

They did create two console forums to ignore tho lol. I really do wish they'd figure the turn rate out too. I don't really play now, just daily stuff and sign out. Maybe it isn't losing them enough money

You are probably leaving the map before the reward pops up. It happens very frequently on that mission (spire). Wait until the reward shows up don't just immediately leave

They have now added an Xbox and PS4 but report forum. I don't see the point in that since they ignore everything here already. 2 new forums just give them more to neglect

Maybe it'll be fixed during this coming 6 hour maintenance. One can hope since we get no answers here

Is there a fix anytime soon? Some feedback would be appreciated on at least one of these topics. Especially since this isn't the first time this issue has occurred and it wasn't fixed for weeks last time

Yeah, it took forever for them to fix it last time. I quit playing other than doing daily stuff. Maybe they don't understand when you break builds, people stop playing. When people stop playing they stop paying for things too.

Yep, turn rate screwed up again on PS4. Last time they didn't bother fixing it for a couple weeks, took half a day for maintenance today and managed to mess it up again. Nice work guys

I looked there but the info seemed dated and PC oriented, apparently things changed since the posts I was able to find on various sites were made. Do you happen to remember the relevant sector/sectors? If not I'm sure I'll find it eventually lol

It may just take time to register the ignore. I added a new person to my friend list on PSN and it took 30 minutes or more for them to show up on the in game friend list. Either way sorry to hear about your bad luck

I don't think they care honestly. That or they aren't capable of fixing it and can't admit it lol. Either way, they get nothing more from me. My fleet leader is looking into a refund on his ship, I may do the same

I wonder if a refund is possible since the ship I've paid for is now broken. It's been what, a week? "We are aware of the problem" well then fix it our at least update us on when you might get around to it

Well they aren't getting anymore from me seeing as the ship I bought is now broken. Shame, I like this game. Maybe it'll be fixed soon

It really is frustrating, you're absolutely right there. First the maintenance broke everything, now I can't use my ship effectively.

I don't see why it was removed. How am I to gauge my progress now? Faith? Given the turn rate bug since they released the patch for the game breaking maintenance, I don't have a lot of faith

I hope it's fixed soon, makes my escort almost unplayable. Thus, I pretty much don't play other than to sit in front of the crystalline entity for my daily shard then turn it off again
