Ok, this is more on a list of annoyances, not outright bugs (it is still bugged, but its not a mission critical bug like were when you put Lobi in account store you were fraked and it would crash yer game), but the mission ending off the "borg invasion" mission arc... It needs to be fixed. Badly. Wondering what I mean? let me give ye ze rundown;
Fluid dynamics is were you enter Fluidic Space, zip around scanning borg tech, etc etc etc, see the Iconians are up to their usually dirty tricks, listen to someone who decided to wander away from the flock of other friendly starships that entered fluidic space with you, got attacked, went boom, you rescue a traitor/infiltrator/how did they not detect him/blahblahblah, go scan more borg tech, and then engage a borg fleet. Annnnnd here is were things go to hell.
That fleet of friendly ships I mentioned? Well, not only are they traveling slow as hell, 1/4 impulse fer my ships, and I have to wait at the last borg beacon twiddling my thumbs, they get stuck on the borg unimatrix structures. A lot. In fact, I have never, EVER done a run were at least one,,usually more, and in one hilariously bad example ALL OF THEM,did not get stuck, which is the first thing wrong with the mission; who programmed the AI for this mission? is it as bad on the PC and if not, did anyone PLAYTEST the levels?!
the SECOND problem of this mission involves a ship shaped like something expensive; a diamond. a COMMAND Diamond. And just like non-borg diamonds, its gonna cost me a lot of money with high blood pressure fighting the damm thing. Because you know that "Friendly Ships are stupid and get stuck on structures" shtick? Its FAR worse here, because the damm Diamond does NOT engage you. It bloody flees... right into the borg Unimatrix structures.
This leads into a few frustrations;
One, in addition to yer AI fleet being part of the short bus brigade, they do NOT travel anywere near fast enough to catch the damm thing. AND, As ALWAYS, ships are stuck on terrain.
Two; you need yer short-bus fleet; you CANNOT kill the diamond yerself. I even managed to get a fleet member with a Scimitar set up with all antiproton weapons with piercing, Engineer build, etc in a match with me. the both of us, (I fly a mirror universe escort, because thats the best ship I can get ATM due to the exchange having stupid high prices, and us unable to get ships from missions the way the PC did) could NOT kill it. we STILL had to wait for our short bus brigade to show up, because, holy hell, the diamond hits like a ton of bricks. When it actually bothers to fire at you and not cruise away at STUPID high speeds, actually at higher speeds than both of us with all power to engines could manage.
Oh, and did I mention the fact the Diamond heals itself better than ANY other AI ship in the game I have seen? because, holy frak, it does. Lordie lordie lordie does it EVER. I've seen it go from 51% health (one run the AI fleet ACTUALLY managed to get unstuck early, make a charge, I had hope in my eyes, and they did their job...up until the diamond nearly instantly killed me in MAYBE 3 shots, from full health and shields), got blown up, "friendly" AI fleet started their usual "lets slowboat it " routine, and in the time it took me to respawn, and zip over, that 51% went to 65%, and went up to 80% even with me pounding on it for 10 minutes before my "Helping" friendly AI finally caught up, and we finally killed the damn thing.
I know I've been EXTREMELY critical, and I honestly am not trying to be, but this ENTIRE mission screams "We did NO QA testing". A mission as "short" as this one is in terms of map size, enemies fought, etc, should be one you can breeze through in 10,15. The FASTEST I've clocked is 25... the WORST? (before I gave up and restarted the mission all over due to only having two AI unstick themselves and bother helping) 45 minutes.
alright, now onto "Ideas to fix issue" that I doubt the devs will even read, much less implement; this'll be a bit of a long one.
Solution 1; turn the Diamonds health regen OFF or way the HELL down; I have no issues with enemy dreads HAVING health regen, even a decent one, because size wise and even classification wise, the most powerful ships in a fleet,tech, size, etc, would have the best damage control teams. I DO have issues with that regen being so powerful as to ignore two players with anti-proton setups pounding on it with everything we have. ESPECIALLY with the Command Diamonds health pool being as as large as it is : I think it has MORE health than a planet killer in the Undine battlezone. Turn the Regen down really low, or strip the diamond of AT LEAST half its health.
Solution 2, also possibly and more effectively implemented along with solution 1; Fix the damm friendly AI ships flight patterns, and the Diamonds too. I mean, the Borg have only ever fled from the Undine, which are busy in this mission fighting a immortal borg tube thingy, and I'd ESPECIALLY think a borg COMMAND Diamond, probably with a iteration of the Queen of de Borg onboard, would be all "I'm gonna ASSIMILATE YOU ALL!" and ATTACK you, not FLEE. Make it so the Diamond goes after your fleet, actually ATTACKS, and not just when fire it decides to stop ignoring your weapons fire after it gets stuck on something. which brings me to my NEXT solution
Solution 3 (Almost relies on solution 2, most certainly would require fixing the command diamonds aggression level) Remove all the F!
@#ing Unimatrix structures. Not all of them, but most CERTAINLY all the ones right in the path you and your merry band of "we want to help too daddy!" ships. since it seems your AI buddies have issues with traveling vertically, remove all the stuff they can fly into at that "level". This issue with being unable to fly in vertical axis' of motion I have noticed elsewere, but since most other missions are in openish space, you can ignore the AI "Helping out" and just focus on acquiring Skulls for the Skull Throne. Here, you cannot. And before anyone else says "But why don't you just get a fleet member or other player to helpout", you think I haven't tried that? In addition to the Diamond being stupid hard to damage, the whole system to team up and stuff either takes a long time, or just gives up (I'm on XBOX, NOT PC, btw).This Solution actually would REQUIRE Solution two to succeed, since the only way to kill the diamond now is to HOPE it gets stuck on something long enough for yer "buddies" to help up, and removing all the stuff for it to get hung up on without making the Diamond not a coward would make it worse...
Solution 4, ties in somewhat with solution 1, more so with 2, and would most certainly help with 3; get the bloody Undine that are off fighting that ship they blow up with the "little ships fire at larger ship, which then takes little ships weapons fire, which can fry planets" thing in a cutscene ANYWAY over to assist/be nuisances. I mean, we are fighting in their space; why are there no Undine portals were the Diamond initially flees too spitting out Bioships, and Biocruisers? The Undine in general are not overly difficult to kill, so have, IDK, portals keeping 10 or so Nicors, and maybe 5 or 6 biocruisers, and even a few Heavy Bioships (Max 3 if you already have all the others out) maximum always in that area, with a delay on more warping/coming in via portal if you decide to kill them or they get killed off by the Diamond. Or, hell, have it so that all the Nicors IGNORE you and only really go after the diamond (Change the code governing their targeting priorities?) with Bio Cruisers and Heavy Bioships going after it and mostly ignoring you. Even IF you end up fighting the Undine a lot, having ships ALWAYS shooting the diamond would make the mission less aggravating, and would make more sense lore wise; I mean, WHY are we helping out the Undine in this issue? I say, let them deal with their own problems.
Okay, spiel over, the long post is winding down, the curtains coming down, and my hands are starting to cramp from typing this. Let me be clear; I don't hate this game. Like a LOT of others my age, I grew up watching DS9, Voyager ( Wow, the borg are scary when you are 8 years old), and I will always love Star Trek. I want to see this game grow... and seeing missions that have clearly NOT been playtested fully (Or, as I suspect until and unless a dev actually says something about the subject, which I strongly doubt, they really do not have a large presence on their own forums that I can see) really has me angry and depressed.
For love of the Great Bird of the Galaxy, can you not FIX THIS MISSION?!
Laz out.

^Words that every player should keep in mind, especially whenever there's a problem with the game...
This is a "boss" mission. You know, end of campaign, killing the big big nasty, should be tougher than heck, boss.
Not another of the "oh, time for another quick 15 minute slog through the F (or A, or X or whatever) key/button, with spacebar (or other "dispense death" button) interspersed within.
I'll admit, this mission, like quite a few others, could stand to have the AI pathing worked on. Cause pathing = why I get stuck in unimatrix structures.
But complaining that the boss level boss doesn't die in seconds like the rest of the trash mobs of the game isn't exactly a fix that needs fixing from the Devs.
It needs "fixing" from players realizing that at least once in a blue moon during this game strategy, build, survival, etc. are equally as important/useful as raw DPS.
BTW, if it matters any, my science captain in a science ship on the PC had little to no "issues" with the command diamond, even without having a fully optimized build and watching a few AI get stuck in the turf...

tractor doesn't work. It seems to reset its targeting, and then it fries you. Pretty damn quick.
You guys must have better gear as my science destroyer has the best the console version has to offer and yet I cannot bleed shields by throwing maxed AP dual heavies and every ability that comes with that, also same with my dreadnaught.
> wow so much typing.. i was wondering why in the u must w8 for npc fleet.. then i got it.. very simple, u r just to weak dude! bad skill build + ship build. 100% this is ur problem. on which plattform u play?
Since the title clearly says Xbox 1, I'd guess he's on the Xbox 1. It is a problem on ps4 as well however. 100% not his problem either, this is broken.
Not to be a TRIBBLE, but we do NOT have the ENTIRE Doff system, so we CANNOT build absolutely wreaking builds quite yet. We are also missing skills, quite a few terminals, weapons like Bioneurals do NOT work, set powers are occasionally not working despite having all three pieces, etc.
When I'm running transphasic torpedoes, grav well, and the rest of my weapons are Anti-P with anti-P enhancers, AND I'm using the jem'hadar dreadnought, and I'm a engineer, and I both CANNOT strip it of 10% of its health before it goes ahead and regens 8% of it, AND THEN it wakes up and fries me in 3 shots.... I mean, in the Battlezone, I can let a entire Voth battlefleet chew on my while I'm taking on the dreadnought and not worry.
that should tell you somethings a LITTLE wrong.
And yes, I AM aware this is a boss battle. But most devs do boss battles so that you are not FORCED to rely on AI buddies to help.
The thing is, let's face it, WE're the 'AI buddies' in the mission; it's supposed to be the big introduction mission to show how awesome Tuvok and Voyager are to set them up for the events surrounding the Undine and the Delta Quadrant and, because Voyager's and the other ships' AI is screwed up in the mission, we're not typically able to handle the diamond because it's specifically designed for the multiple AI ships.
Now, I'll admit, I have 'soloed' the diamond once or twice, but it involved hanger pets, saucer seperation and spamming out Nimbus Pirate Distress Signals and Fleet Support to even the odds and it still took over an hour because of, as you said, the Diamond regenerating faster than it could be damaged - and this is on PC WITH all the DOff system, set bonuses, skills, specializations, traits and such working.
