[Console] Pilot Ships unpurchaseable

I dont know if this is a bug or intentional but seeing i cant find anything and they are announcing more ships without anything on the pilot ships i was wondering if a dev or moderator can spread some enlightenment on this. I have been like not spending money waiting to buy the ships along with half of 2 relatively large fleets im in on kdf and fed sides both. Is this a bug? Is it a delay. Can someone spread some enlightenment to whats going on with this please it would be greatly appreciated to actually get an answer on something for once. Rather than 30 days of nothing till something is fixed.

    Still no comment on what they are doing with the bloody pilot ships. Second set of cruisers basically now still no pilot ships = BOO...not even a comment is sad. Like we dont have enough cruisers with like 85% cruisers.

    They dont generally reply to anything for consoles. Its actually a really poor customer service experience like worst ive personally ever experienced.

    ive seen deader games with more active responses than here. Swtor they even still respond and the game doesnt even get updates. devs here clearly dont like money.

    They have now added an Xbox and PS4 but report forum. I don't see the point in that since they ignore everything here already. 2 new forums just give them more to neglect
