I am missing the Improved Tachyon Emitters on my T6 Deihu Command Battlecruiser for a Romulan Delta Recruit. I haven't made it to Tier 5, but the space where it would be under mastery is empty. When I hover over the empty spot, no tooltip shows up. I'll update if/when I reach Tier 5 as to whether or not I received it…
Three months ago, this was true. Now, not so much. I don't see more than 3k xp for any normal stf, red alerts tend to give only 3k-6k sp (due to how quickly they get completed, power creep of other players, etc.), and unless you get super lucky and several alerts pop one after another in different locations (thus…
I have no idea what you mean by Argala or Japori. I get the feeling they aren't stfs (after trying to look them up). I'm guessing its a patrol, run at elite? Are the sp gains that much higher on elite diff?
I was slightly irritated that all of your skillpoint gain didn't also go towards mastery, as that would have made mastering any ship a lot faster. I could swear at some point that was what was going on, but it must have been a bug, as it had since been corrected. When we first got t6 ships, I was able to go from t0 to t5…
I might have been having issues gaining skillpoints towards mastery during space mission. It was taking forever just to get t1 mastery on my science command battlecruiser. Came back after 2 weeks and they must have fixed whatever issue that was because I jumped from t1 to t5 in the space of about 3 hours.
So support has recently told me. Its a real shame, considering we already have a strong grind for the reputation system, now we have to grind for our starship mastery too.
The thing is, it doesn't. At best, with any Red Alert, I can gain 3,000 skillpoints. Idk why, but I'm not acquiring skillpoints like before. It makes more sense to allow for mission skillpoints to also count towards mastery. What about characters at level 60? Skillpoints, at that point, only count towards specializiation.…
The thing that sticks out the most to me, however, is that I keep seeing this little message (FYI, to see your fps now, you must first type "/showfps 1" and then type "/hidedevui 0"). The Fps will show up in the upper right, over your minimap. Outside is your FPS, inside the ( ) shows your time between frames in…
OK, no dice. It wasn't working out. I even turned all of my graphics settings down. I have to conclude that the issue is with Cryptic's network/server. There is absolutely no way any of this lag could be coming from my end. Especially running the computer I'm running, with FiOS. Basically, as it stands I can't run CC(A) at…
I can disable it completely, but not app-by-app. Turns out, I've been running it out of SLi for at least a week now, now trying it with it on to see if it has any positive effect (it might, or it might be the server that is clogged/not clogged right now).
Considering that is VERBATIM (except names) my conversation with Technical Support for this game, and my issue was NOT resolved, sadly it does not help.
Guys, I was SO excited when I heard about this new thing where we get to use our "inactive" ships for stuff...until I reallized I wouldn't be flying around a mini-fleet, doing epic things. Sigh...I think we're getting a new Doff assignment system, using our ships, instead of our Doffs. That's what they're doing right? Is…
I've also found out that apparently none of the passives bonuses you acquire ever show up on your ship stats. I've heard that's how it always was, but I think that is something that should be changed. How else are we supposed to ACTUALLY know what our ACTUAL stats are if they're changed by passives and we can't see that?
That seems...odd. Why would they do that that way? If that's the case, we can't actually see any information altered by a trait or passive. Therefore, we'd have to do all calculations ourselves, and would be unable to tell whether or not the traits and/or bonuses are actually in effect. And why wouldn't they reduce below…
Apparently, none of my ships passive ship traits are working for any of my characters. An Example: Reactive Shield Technology. It provides an additional 553.4 shield regen per 6 seconds, and reduces damage to shields by 5%. I can not tell if I am getting the -5%, but I can definitely see that I am not getting the increased…
The Alpha and Beta Quadrants were switched. I know that it makes sense logically to have it done this way, but it isn't canonical. Not to mention every mission up to and including Delta Rising campaign missions still refer to what is now the Beta Quadrant as Alpha quadrant and refer to us as Alpha Quadrant species.
I suppose. Though there are still quite a few old bugs I'm still noticing that they haven't gotten around to fixing. Such as instancing issues. I'm also wondering if (due to the decreasing popularity of this title) they are being forced to work with what amounts to a skeleton crew for developers.
