I ended up actually getting the trait, though the tooltip and slot on the ship's mastery are is still blank.

I've also had this happen often during the mission Fluid Dynamics, where I, again, am facing the Borg Octohedron.

I am missing the Improved Tachyon Emitters on my T6 Deihu Command Battlecruiser for a Romulan Delta Recruit. I haven't made it to Tier 5, but the space where it would be under mastery is empty. I can confirm the non-existance of Red Alerts. I've been playing for 3 days, 10 hours at a time, and I've not seen 1. Not a single one. In any sector.

Total skillpoint gain from Japori at Elite Difficulty gave me 5,612 skillpoints total. 4,093 of that was simply for completing the daily patrol.

Three months ago, this was true. Now, not so much. I don't see more than 3k xp for any normal stf, red alerts tend to give only 3k-6k sp (due to how quickly they get completed, power creep of other players, etc.), and unless you get super lucky and several alerts pop one after another in different locations (thus…

I have no idea what you mean by Argala or Japori. I get the feeling they aren't stfs (after trying to look them up). I'm guessing its a patrol, run at elite? Are the sp gains that much higher on elite diff?

I was slightly irritated that all of your skillpoint gain didn't also go towards mastery, as that would have made mastering any ship a lot faster. I might have been having issues gaining skillpoints towards mastery during space mission. It was taking forever just to get t1 mastery on my science command battlecruiser. Came back after 2 weeks and they must have fixed whatever issue that was because I jumped from t1 to t5 in the space of about 3 hours.

So support has recently told me. Its a real shame, considering we already have a strong grind for the reputation system, now we have to grind for our starship mastery too.

The thing is, it doesn't. At best, with any Red Alert, I can gain 3,000 skillpoints. Idk why, but I'm not acquiring skillpoints like before. It makes more sense to allow for mission skillpoints to also count towards mastery. What about characters at level 60? Skillpoints, at that point, only count towards specializiation.…

I can disable it completely, but not app-by-app. Turns out, I've been running it out of SLi for at least a week now, now trying it with it on to see if it has any positive effect (it might, or it might be the server that is clogged/not clogged right now).

Those last two should be fixed. That seems like a bug they've ignored and everyone has complacently accepted as normal.

I've also found out that apparently none of the passives bonuses you acquire ever show up on your ship stats. I've heard that's how it always was, but I think that is something that should be changed. How else are we supposed to ACTUALLY know what our ACTUAL stats are if they're changed by passives and we can't see that?

Ah, yeah. It appears so. Its odd that they put that limit on them. It's like, what am I going to do? Just start spamming deploy?

That seems...odd. Why would they do that that way? If that's the case, we can't actually see any information altered by a trait or passive. Therefore, we'd have to do all calculations ourselves, and would be unable to tell whether or not the traits and/or bonuses are actually in effect. And why wouldn't they reduce below…

Apparently, none of my ships passive ship traits are working for any of my characters. An Example: Reactive Shield Technology. It provides an additional 553.4 shield regen per 6 seconds, and reduces damage to shields by 5%. I can not tell if I am getting the -5%, but I can definitely see that I am not getting the increased…

The Alpha and Beta Quadrants were switched. I know that it makes sense logically to have it done this way, but it isn't canonical. Not to mention every mission up to and including Delta Rising campaign missions still refer to what is now the Beta Quadrant as Alpha quadrant and refer to us as Alpha Quadrant species.

I suppose. Though there are still quite a few old bugs I'm still noticing that they haven't gotten around to fixing. Such as instancing issues. I'm also wondering if (due to the decreasing popularity of this title) they are being forced to work with what amounts to a skeleton crew for developers.
