As the title states, the recharge reduction for my hanger pets does not seem to be getting reduced. Quick Deployment is supposed to reduce recharge rate by 47%, and my Flight Deck Officer has recharge rate reduction -3 for hanger bays and -6 for boarding parties. Neither are working atm. I've already force-verified several times. Anyone else having this issue? Or is it just me?

Most of them do. The crit hit chance does, the bonus hull does, the bonus shield does, the bonus resists does, the defense does, the accuracy does, the bonus damage does, and you'll see the hangar cooldown if you're not at global and the singularity cooldown/charge difference. The only ones that don't are shield resist and shield regen, since those stats aren't displayed in-game (at least not accurately).
