still have nothing...tr ***WORKAROUND*** Task Manager....Kill ARC Find the Star Trek Online Folder Launch directly from the Application. Game loaded...in -game now. never had an issue with ARC before this. but at least I can get back in. Hope this helps

exact same thing . new PC. Win 10...installed all updates...installed StarTrek Online..ran fine. something changed..today after launching ..black screen circle of death...taskmanager..program (gameclient) not responding. Neverwinter also launches and plays normally for me too.

could not log in couldn't reach server. problem persisted for about 60 minutes. "redirecting, please wait..." when selecting a character "connection to login server timed out" after trying to join game just now in game issue appears to have corrected. be nice if someone at game watched the game for connection issues and…

everything reset, reloaded, reinstalled. after error 14, a countdown begins. 10...9...8...7..etc. and it restarts trying to connect to patch server. then error 14's again and restarts count. it is a loop. tried running directly the game w/o ARc. same result... if i copy the entire directory from a different PC then game…
