Log into ARC. then Log in Again to STO Launcher??

Something changed....I used to be able to log in once to ARC. then launch STO
Now I have to log in twice.

Is there a setting to change to restore the 1 click from ARC to play?

Annoying having to type password twice.

    That is strange! I just tested and did not have that problem. Wonder what happened that caused that behavior?
