So... new arc client is coming that gives rewards for completing quests.... anyone think this is the real reason for them canning the mac client?

Why does trying to get AMP mean I have to have low Aux power? While sitting in space doing nothing I have aux at 127, I'm running 2x EptA, and I have leech. Aux power isn't an issue

I'm using the Solanae Core (I figured the 2pc bonus with the deflector wouldn't hurt). At the moment I'm favouring APO1 instead of OSS, purely because I'm not sure the decreasing aux power increase is going to be as good as the +10% dmg from APO for 10 seconds. Still testing it though.

I'm currently at 540 part gens. Main issue I have now is working out which tac or tac/intel abilities to use. I'd also ideally like to drop plasmonic, but kinda need it for AMP.

Well I managed to get parallels working well enough to login, but I'm having various issues I need to iron out before I can 'play'. Wondering if this might now exclude my account as I've now effectively logged in from windows?

http://imgur.com/a/IWqHI I have to agree that the T6 Scimitar has made an evil ugly Reman ship into a child like cartoon Romulan ship. I'm hoping there will be something I can do with the parts from the T5 and T6's that looks halfway decent. The Odyssey got the best designs

It's far simpler than that.... Cryptic used Transgaming to port the game so it would run on a mac (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TransGaming). Ok, I get that the C-Store is now disabled so that mac users can't spend anymore money.... but it also stops me from using any zen I might also have or want to convert from dilithium, but more importantly, it stops me from being able to reclaim things I've already bought! A lot of people also make the mistake of piloting their ship 'one way'. You can't fly with beams and then with cannons in the same way and expect the same results. I'm saying you can, and we have. To get an AFK penalty, you have to do less than 1% of the overall teams damage. 1% isn't a lot, and no change to FAW will make those who can't do 1% of the damage any more likely to.

That's not a FAW problem... that's an issue with the game having very little elite content, and what there is, gives basically no reward.
