Federation enviromental combat suit

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Hello people.You can explain how to reclaim or find the federation enviromenta combat suit in game.My chararcter are reach the 700 days veteran but when i go in the console near the office of Admiral Quin dont happen anything.The strange case are when are in pv event the 7000 days icon appear but when my are in earth spacedock the icon disappears.Can help me.The suit are not avaible or a problem of the games

    You get them from the console by Ensign Rraak with the fireworks outside Admiral Quinn's office on ESD
