Something in the Miranda realm would be consistent (if not plausible with size). Perhaps introduce the Merion-Class which is replacing the Miranda in the books. But the Aquarius or Rapier would work well too.
Having struggled pugging other queues, this one is just far too underpowered. The Elachi don't attack often enough and a ship only has to look at them for it to blow up. You've gone too far the other way now.
Just absolutely wow - this is a truly amazing thing. You've put so much detail in - the waitresses even move around and then pause to take your order! I can't remember being so impressed by anything else in STO.
^And what do you do if no-one on your PUG has stealth or a cloak? You're sunk. I'm having very limited success on this because you can't get back for the third ship, even wehn people pair up and distract the Tholians. I tried slotting jam sensors and mask energy signature as the best alternatives available, but they don't…
I agree with all of this. Much that developers could learn from. So many people are fed up of the game and leaving - not posting farewell threads but just going.
That should generate some fun discussion on here. it's hard to believe how badly they got it wrong, and after a brief flurry of visible developers in the forum it has all gone back to where it was before.
Fairly certain you can't do it by all targeting the same group. You can barely do it by splitting up into two groups and then combining for the final one.
Having just failed multiple queues in quick succession, I'm wondering the same. It's too difficult to get the materials you need to upgrade your gear. Very dispiriting.
I'd echo this - you are a great designer and the game needs that. Yes, I hope your colleagues are working on the bugs, and they could really prioritise a bit better, but we may as well have something nice to look at while the rest of it isn't working. Can't wait for the grand opening!
I agree with most of that, but one or two of those are empty because everyone has migrated to the Elite versions, which aren't in your list. Undine Infiltration being the one that stands out.
You may want to keep an eye on the Exchange then, because the faulty bugging is allowing all sorts of weird combinations of modifiers. I've made a few shields with [Turn] and it shows up on other items too. Similarly, although pricey, you might want to look out for an exotic particle field exciter or conductive rcs…
What sort of shields are you running - resilient, regenerative or covariant? It could be worth increasing the capacity, which brings the exotic particle field exciter into play, or (possibly) fleet spire consoles if you have fleet access.
