there are better sci carrier options already even ones with an engineering bent that do not require you to get the new hotness that is the advance engineering consoles to make it viable.

what about the lack of promotion missions making it impossible to claim the free ships at level up (ie level 20 and up ships) makes testing quit difficult
drozana works but another issue is level up missions do not appear for TOS captains so no free ship. i ended up having to go to drozana to get to level 60 and some gear hoping to use the vet ship
LoR had 3 complete tribble wipes do to leveling progression being borked and a few times you had to start over from scratch even with out the wipes if you wanted to test new missions after lv 10 romulans not ready yet to scream DOOOOOMMMM!!!!

i think there is one more tos only mission then the devidian arc starts up at level 11. notice how every single one says level 1 requirement until skirmish witch is a level 11 mission and after caleb iv we are level 10

it;s any instance that has been abandoned after you get the rifle. he does not go back to the shuttle right after you pick up the rifle but it;s at least a good indicator that it has a better chance of completion then if he was there witch means it;s going to automatically fail
