Blue screen crash wile installing on different computer

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
ok lately my trusty old laptop is getting well old. so i figured i should get a replacement. issue is i can down load arc and the launcher but as soon as the launcher tries to down load the actual 12g game it just blue screens and shuts down


computer is a 64bit windows 7 fire wall and anti virus are turned off

    There is no need to deactivate your firewall and antivirus for this as long as the application in question is set up as trust worthy. Furthermore, have you tried downloading arc and or the launcher again? Maybe the installation file(s) got somehow corrupted. Did you also checked the event manager for any useful informations?

    tried redownloading the launcher and arc same thing. nothing really shows up on the event manager except saying memeory dump
