1. Why are Photon torpedos light blue and not red?.
2. Will there be a new temporal fleet holding?.
3. I would be interested in getting the TOS era pack from the c-store, if I knew if any of that stuff was or wasn't included in the Temporal Agent Pack, so is it or isn't it?
I'll add more as I remember them, I usually rememberwhilst in the middle of something in game. :P
When my bro and I first saw that episode, I said, "TRIBBLE, Archer upgraded. Now he can finally get satellite."
Sometimes, I feel like Canon gets in the way of Star Trek. It's really hard to rectify the TOS era with what we know about technology and space now, and it's not that it's out of date that bothers me. It's that Star Trek has a quasi sci fi background and the whole notion that people cling to how it must look from TOS is pretty distracting to me. I mean, we don't have to go full on Enterprise and meet the Borg early on, or even admit that we've seen the Romulans before now. But sometimes, it's a lot to ask to believe that we can't adjust some of these things to match up with modern times a bit. I mean.. the computer consoles... need I say more?
/end rant. AoY will still be pretty fun though and I always try and keep a head canon to... try to explain some things.

Why do we need to bother with rectifying Star Trek with what we now know about technology and space? Different realities have different rules that they follow. So just because something works this way in our universe doesn't mean it will work our way in the Star Trek universe.

For #3: in previous expansions, almost everything in the packs was released on the C-Store individually at the launch of the expansion. For this one, I am assuming that the stuff under the "Temporal Extras" section will be exclusive to the pack this time. It's pretty weak stuff for the most part, the only really useful thing being the Temporal Operative Specialization Qualifications, which will be the only way to get temporal boff powers until you can level up the new Specialization enough to make your own - which if you have been banking spec points might be at launch anyway. The advantage of the packs is the discounted price, but that's really only a good deal if you were going to buy all of the ships anyway.
There are likely going to be a couple more things added to the big pack before launch, and there's almost certainly going to be a new highly sought after ship added to the C-Store that's not in the pack but tied to AoY a month or so after launch (for DR it was the Pathfinder, for LoR is was the Scimitar).

I wonder if AOY should include alien bits from ENT, or from the Kirk films, like the Zaranite, or Xelatian breathing mask, or Arcadian, Arkenite, stuff like that?
Another point is how many would agree for AOY captains to have first contact missions with species like the Saurians and Bolians?
Third is if they should add "new" ground weapons, ones slightly different in shape to the phasers from show: pulsewave, compression pistol, minigun, phaser howitzer from "The Cage" as ENG kit power?
