This is acceptable. Still gives a skewed heal for escorts (turret proc vs dhc proc), and a lower, but more even heal, for beam boats. It's a handy console, but you can't live forever with it.

And who are you to decide what does and does not constitute as "RP"? Did you write the the RP Rulebook? Are groups not allowed to have their own events? No, energy weapon procs are proccing on self as well. Polarized Disruptors, Phased Polaron, everything. This included the plasma proc from a Plasma Infused Romulan science console. May just be plasma procs, but send QA to check everything.

Real talk: Keep EPtS as it is on Holodeck. Make EPtW's weapon damage buff a flat 10%/15%/20% 30 seconds for beams only so they can have an ACTUAL pressure damage phase. And now you can see the gaps where a fully tac buffed spike damage can tear apart ANY ship. This seesaw mechanic just wont work in the PvP metagame.

Ok, mentioning the change in GCD was needed. Most people are going off the assumption that the GCD on the same system was staying at 30 seconds.

Where would be the best place to take these screenshots? Most space maps are fairly dark and some of the rendering defects are hard to see at times.
