Fleets giving gifts for joining?

Are there actually any fleets in there that give out new members gifts for joining their ranks?By the same token are there any fleets that "pay" their members for contributing to their starbase projects? Seem to me the norm is the other way around with fleets requiring members to spend so many number of fleet credits before they even can shop in the stores. If you pay members....send me a response

Tholian Recluse? Here you go, don't forget to get your Elite Mesh Weavers from the Starbase!
Cardassian Galor? Have two, so you don't need to spend your dilitihium on Spiral Wave Disruptors.
Timeship? Have both, and enough lockboxes and keys to get the Lobi for the Temporal Warfare Set so that you may help crush our enemies.
Jem'Hadar Dreadnaught Carrier? Take a Jem'Hadar Attack Ship with it and get the Elite Pets from the Starbase!

Fleets that do that usually require their members to put a set EC amount into the fleet bank every month. We don't pay our members but we do give in-game prizes for certain activities/events. We also do not require our members to give a monthly EC stipend or anything.

I'm surprised more fleets don't do this. If you play the game for long enough it's easy to be well resourced. If you like trading more so. Funding your own fleet members helps yourself in the long run when it comes to running group content.

Devian I agree. We've only been around for about 2.5 months but we have awarded some our members with Master Keys, some Mirror Universe ships, Bonus Marks Tokens, Aegis Sets, EC, and soon we will be raffling 8 Fleet Ship Tokens to our members.

Rewarding members, rewards the fleet in the long run. Granted some of this I've provided at my own expense as fleet leader but for other fleets it doesn't have to be huge things. Sometimes a simple "Thank you, you're doing a great job" goes a long way.

fleet reward system, more you donate, gradually get better presents from the council, also having a talshiar destroyer draw atm for someone in the fleet to win one of these babies.

my fleet gives no reward for joining however we will help massively with your game, help you farm and progress through the rep system

I have the fleet set so only the top rank have permanent provision access and the fleet knows that they can purchase provisions if they have contributed to the provisioning project, have enough fleet credit. Fleet rank is not an issue as when lower ranks want items i make them available to their ranks by adding the permissions.

I do recommend a minimum contribution but that is a guideline and not set in stone.... the top ranks only have to contribute the equivalent of 300 fleet marks which can be got from Defera invasion zone in 1/2 hour, the bottom rank has a guide of 20 fleet marks. This is designed to help the lower rank progress. if the player is below level 50 then expect no contribution as they are spending their time leveling.

I have done this as I know that people in game move round fleets and actually take all the provisions and jump fleet...

I have been known to give away ships but that is for exceptional fleet participation
