Cool thanks. Also, I read there was a dry dock feature allowing you to swap in and out old ships. WHen is that feature going live, I'm hoping it allows a person to store old ships and buy new ones without having to buy additional slots.
Saying the same thing over isn't going to get me to agree with you. My experience has been different. I see a lot more beamboats pouring out the upper levels of DPS than I have ever seen torp-builds. Either way Kemo needs and hopefully will get the nerf it requires. The other issue with Kemo, along with the unfair…
Agreed the skill disparity is there, but at least in the pass it was bareable because that kind of DPS was mostly limited to one enemy at a time. Kemo, however, makes the problem worse because it does AOE so nuking mobs is an apt term for what is happening now IMO.
It is not fun to simply sit there and get a reward, because if two at least two guys have kemocite that's all there is to it. They fire their weapons and the enemy is destroyed long before the person without kemocite has had a chance to do anything and kemocite laced weapons can be so powerful that anything a person…
On a serious note, yes I own and kept every mobile phone I have ever had from 3210 - HTC One. I've never paid full price and I always get some form of discount from my mobile phone provider whether its £100 off the price of the phone and/or discount on the contract. They see it as an upgrade and would rather retain my…
Yes but its mostly obsolete with a burnt out battery. I thought exactly the same thing +1! Actually new or used it costs money to keep a car on a forecourt so you'll find that car dealers are willing to discount whether you've got a car to trade-in or not. It's even in car buying advice guides that you should push for a…
Again, these collection of words don't make any sense. This isn't even an example of anykind because it is completely unrelated to what I'm talking about. I own a HTC One, after my contract ends I'm going to phone my mobile provider and they are going to offer me a new contract and new phone at a discounted price. They…
Also, mattjohnsonva and seaofsorrows, if you don't like the topic don't post in the thread. I've broken no rules by creating this thread and just because you don't agree or like the content doesn't mean the thread itself should not exist. No because the structure of your sentence makes it difficult to understand the point…
The point of the thread Really how, why? The point of the thread was to point out what I believe to be an unfair pricing of an existing upgraded ship. Yes the topic may have been discussed previously, from this I draw two conclusions: (i) I don't fly Intrepid/Pathfinder so wasn't aware of that discussion and (ii) if others…
In game there is: Avenger Battlercruiser, which can only be bought in the C-store) Tier 5 Fleet Avenger Battlecruiser, which comes with a different colour and pylon option and upgraded stats. This can be purchased with 5 ship modules or a discount of 1 module if you have bought the Tier 5 Avenger from the c-store You can…
Actually, if you went to a car dealership with a one year old car and was prepared to purchase the newer model a dealer (in England anyway) would probably give you a discount because: 1. You are a repeat/returning/regular customer and they would like to keep it that way 2. Keep you from going to the competition I know few…
I never knew when I started this thread it was going to cause me this level of pain... Only if you purchase the Arbiter. If you own the orginal Avenger, Tier 5 Fleet Avenger you are charged full price (5 ship modules) for the Tier 6 Fleet Avenger - and I am arguing that the Tier 6 should be discounted to one module if you…
Are you that rude in real life or does a keyboard empower you? To be clear I am comparing the tier 6 fleet Avenger Battle Cruiser and tier 5 fleet Avenger Battle Cruiser. As my post you quoted said. Neither come with a starship mastery. If you want the mastery you have to buy the Arbiter. The console layout is the same.…
Has mining dilithium and converting it into zen ever, even once, been a viable option? Currently 612,500 would get me 2500. 612,500 divided by 8000 = 76 days until I could afford the arbiter. Please.
No, that's not my argument at all. My point begins with the purchase of the original Avenger which was bought from the C-store. Your example begins with a ship acquired for free, in game. Completely different. No, people feel unfairly treated because there isn't sufficient enough difference between a Tier 5-U starship and…
Tier 6 and tier 5-U Fleet Avenger Battlecruiser do not come with a starship trait. They have exactly the same starship mastery skills The tier 6 has a slightly higher base hull Tier 6 comes with one extra bridge officer power Console layout is exactly the same. The skin is exactly the same. Are we saying that (two basic…
I've just had a look at the Fleet Tier 6 Avenger Battlecruiser, and as far as I can tell it doesn't come with a starship mastery. So as it stands the only difference between it and the Tier 5-U Avenger is a slightly stronger hull and the fact that its listed Tier 6.
Few Questions: If you have a Tier 5-U Avenger, is it worth paying 2500 Zen for the Arbiter. Or 20,000 and 5 ship modules for the Tier 6 Fleet Avenger? If you buy the Arbiter, is the Tier 6 Fleet Avenger discounted to one ship module?
OK, Is it worth purchasing a tier 6 fleet Avenger at full price when you already have a tier 5-u Fleet Avenger (which you bought at a discounted price) because you also purchased a tier 5 Avenger for 2500 zen?
Please, I've been playing this game since it was owned by Atari, I have the original Atari box which came with a t-shirt. I'm somewhat perturbed with your response; for me, clearly, it is not "how it's always worked". My previous experience was that I purchased the Avenger Battlecruiser for full price and the tier 5 fleet…
I would argue that yes it does. Phasers, albeit with some exceptions but never the rule, are by default orange. And we can confirm with a simple question. How many times on the show have we seen a phaser beam depicted as orange vs any and all other colors combined. An example of a phaser beam cycling through the colour…
Hey I was here a month after you. My experience is the same. I thought, when I saw the Avenger, yes they are finally back on track with keeping things in line with a Star Trek theme. Then the Intelligence ships came along and I might as well be playing Stargate for all it matters. But yeah we agree.
1. We have blue phasers to go with the TOS Enterprise, along with annoying sound. This was included in the game ages ago. This doesn't negate the fact that for at least 3 more iterations of Star Trek shows and some decades phasers - photon and quantum torps have been consistently maintained a certain colour. 2. Its been…
