There was a special period of time (Several years ago) that if you bought C-Points for Holodeck, the same amount was applied to Tribble. But that was a long time ago.
As I said to the other person who asked: It's not about account age, it's about how much time you have spent on Tribble in the past. If you're not on Tribble very often, they're not going to let you in until Open Beta access.

So you'd rather spend a console slot on a Tractor Beam? The only way that would work is if they were to introduce a new console slots series such as 'Tool slots' or something like that. But that would require a lot of coding, and a lot more trial and error. I like the Tractors the way they are now.
This is not a new suggestion. I have about 400 Lobi Crystals scattered across my account. I, myself, have suggested multiple times to make the crystals account-bound. Either PWE isn't at all interested in making them BoA, or they are, but have it on the bottom of the list. We already know how long it takes them to handle…
I'd lean for account bound, but I see your point. The whole point of repacking would be to get it off of that character, even if only to another of your own. I'd pay 500zen to trade the ship to another character on my account. Good point. I hadn't thought about it that way, exactly.
Assuming you just installed it without changing the location, try here: Program Files\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live In that folder, SHOULD be a folder of Screenshots, assuming you have already taken some, of course.
Crashing for me, too. I sent a ticket through the website, and got the following response (amazingly, surprisingly quickly): Hello! The servers were down but should work fine now. Please try again, or try again later, since many users are still entering the game. Please try the following and see if they help resolve your…
Crafting is an alternative to spending millions of EC on the exchange, among other things. If you have tons of dilithium and very little EC, it's an easy way to outfit yourself. Truth be told, with things the way they are, it's generally better to just buy the stuff on the exchange.
So it's because I live in the United States? That's the only reason I can't get a Prototype Tech drop? Hmm. Maybe I'll move to near you, then. Also, if you could please explain to me how a change in the drop rate favors me over you, I would appreciate that. I had assumed that drop rate was the same for all. Apparently,…
Since the forced merge, there are no characters listed in my PWE account. How do I add characters from STO that I already have? I want to look into getting some of these achievements done... Any idea how to start? And where the heck is my signature?!
