Yeah, I hear in the wind that a flood of people, led by a certain caped man, are moving back to Aux to Batt. OK I extracted the relevant part of the parse. Your torps hit 8 times, 4 on each target which resulted in the 24 direct Kemo Procs (as expected). But each of those direct Kemo Procs also did AOE dmg to the other NPC - so your total Kemo Procs was 2x24 = 48. Which is what happens on any other torp.

You should be getting 12 Kemo procs per primary target = 24 total on 2 NPCs, if the targets are close together, Kemo might do AOE hits on secondary targets, making up the remaining 8 hits? Unless the bugged procs occur on secondary targets of the torp's AOE abilities as well, you still have the log on hand?

That torp doesn't seem to proc KLW any more than other 4 torp spreaders. You're probably getting a lot of AOE hits, and or have multiple copies of KLW on your stations?

No, it procs once on activation (when torps leave) and then it procs an number of times when the torp hits. The "number of times" is based on the number of copies of Kemo you have on your boff stations, and they proc regardless of whether you activate Kemo or not when firing the torp spread (yes it's that broken...). The normal kemocite procs on activation and hits the target before the torp, that's fine. Oh, forgot to mention, in PVP neutronic torp + TS3 + Kemo is a death trap on high flow cap builds. The key difference is that in this case Kemo + TS3 is causing a single weapon (one torpedo) to outperform everything else on a ship.
