I think it's pretty clear in the video what is happening. I cannot start the mission fluid dynamics and the game crashes on me during the second mission in the Breen story arc.

These odds might be based off of what has currently been happening in the game but the larger the sample size gets the closer it will get to that 1/240. If you were able to go behind the scenes and look at the math you would see a constant number for each box opening.

You need the patrol mission from the story line. I noticed a few days ago that I couldn't pick it up and it wasn't in my queue, so I got the mission from someone I found in a PUG. Just make sure that when you get to the final wave to warp out right away.
