Personally, I've been loving the legendary ships I've checked out more so far, although I think the Odyssey is missing a second specialized bridge seat (all the other legendary ships have one) and could use a second hangar bay due to its size. Especially if Warship Voyager gets dual-spec specialized seating, cannons, a miracle worker universal console slot, and a hangar. I think the Sovereign is missing a hangar bay, considering that, too. (Otherwise the legendary Sovereign is *awesome* from what I've tested so far.)
Although I'm wondering why the Odyssey still can't use both chevron separation and the aquarius escort at the same time, when other ships can use similar abilities at the same time. (For example the Intrepid with the aeroshuttle and ablative armor projector being usable at the same time.) Although it is two persistent pet abilities.

So the 'Sale timer' on the C-store currently shows "Sale ends in 3hr 22min", and the blogs says the sale goes until Feb.27th. I'm aware that getting the details wrong between game timers and blog announcements is standard fare for STO, but did we ever get any feedback on this?

the legendary pack isn't something you can get free anyway, that's the alliance ship. differant things. that said if you do all the dalies up until the end you can buy a completion for some zen, and should be able to net yourself a T6 ship for like 1500 zen which isn't too bad a deal at all

I finally got around to level the ships on my SCI.
And I have to revise my opinions on the Crossfield and Intrepid in this pack.
The Crossfield which I first thought is probably pretty good turns out rather disappointing for me. Reason being I seem to have missed or forgot that the ship can not mount cannons… and I can not for the live of me like SCI ships without cannons… I guess a lot of people run torpedo builds so it ain’t matter to them but it does to me!
The Intrepid which I thought seems all over the place turns out to be rather wonderful.
The reason here is I seem to have forgotten that two of the console I use to increase power of my Poleron weapons are universal which means it doesn't matter that it has only 2 tac consoles as I simply move the consoles to ENG slots without trouble.
The additional ENG ability grants access to Shield Polarity 2 which increases survivability while still maintaining emergency power to weapons 2 as well.
The Science Spearhead is still the most potent SCI ship for me in terms of DMG from weapons however it comes at the costs of survivability. You need to run two Tac stations which leaves you with only an ensign ENG station if the Uni Lt Station is used for SCI as well.
Anyway the trade off seems pretty neat tbh.
I lose a fwd weapon slot but gain a universal console and hangar slot.
I lose 2x Lt Com Tac abilities but gain a Lt Com Eng station.
So overall I lose direct weapon dmg but could gain more survivability and exotic dmg to make up for it.
I still have to see what is best but I actually like being alive for longer
I bought the pack and the countdown is still ticking on it today. Apparently it will last for another full week at least.
They need to fix this. It's misleading, even if it's not done on purpose. These kind of mistakes shouldn't be happening when we're dealing with packages that costs hundreds of euro's/dollars/pounds.
I actually bought extra Zen because it seemed that, at the last moment, I suddenly would not be able to convert enough dilithium before the sale would end.

I can understand the frustration with putting a game aside for some months, coming back and finding you missed something cool.
A game's a business however, and running limited sales is a well known method of getting people to spend money they wouldn't otherwise spend. Better that they should find ways to use sales and ship packs to make money and stay in business than the alternative.
It's also a fairly sure bet that there's no way they would design 10 new legendary ships and only offer them for sale in one limited time span. They'll be back in some form or other eventually. Just be patient and don't let months go by without the checking the new if you're still interested.
As I've said, if they are ever put in individually, it will be in the Mudd Market; if they do the bundle again, it will probably be around the time of the anniversary. Lord knows.
I hope Cryptic/PWE has this bundle available and on sale once again after the insanity of COVID-19 starts to dissipate globally. For most, the financial uncertainty currently is going to curve people's non-essential buying habits for at least the new few months and probably longer.

It's telling that they're currently running more frequent double-XP weekends to make it quicker to master all these new ships. With 10 ships and 7 characters that can use them, I'm going to be very busy!
Actually, they are announcing more double XP Weekends, then substituting something else instead. This one was on the Calendar to happen a few weeks ago, instead we had Junior Officer Weekends, practically back to back and an Admiralty Campaign XP (only), which was new.
What we are constantly having is T6 Ship Promotions: R&D, R&D and Duty Officers, and Duty Officers (with no Junior Officer Event attached) with revamped Duty Officer Packs.

By the way, with the Tier 6 Trait from the Legendary Intrepid slotted (Extensively Modified Warp Core) using the Gamma Rep Core and the MACO Engines in addition to the normal Sector Speed of Warp 25.62, your Quantum Slipstream runs at just about Warp 95!!

Console Captains - the ships you've been waiting for are on their way. In exactly 30 Days, the 10th Anniversary Legendary Starship Bundle is coming to Xbox One and Playstation 4!
So it's April 7, unless there are any technical difficulties in getting Sony and Microsoft to approve the updates.
If it mirrors the PC, it will be wearing a goatee for 3 weeks, with the sale period being the first 2 weeks then 1 last week at list price for the people who hesitated and lost their discount.
it would be nice if they started to sell them individually for people that don't want all 10 ships. like give us the option to buy all 10 or just one with a discount of 10% off the bundle after that. basically you would have to buy one then the rest in the bundle or all of them at once. if they are holding out because of the free t6 token they can make those ships t7 and problem solved. and then they could sell each ship at a little higher price then the bundle and sell more ship and make more money that way.
When this comes to PS4 in a couple weeks I’ve been saving up for it since it was first posted. But yeah, I wish I could have just picked the ones I want not all. If it wasn’t for the fact I want 6 of them I’d pass. I’m just looking at the other 4 as admiralty cards.
