Spent out some cash and got the zen bonus. It does not display the bonus till you go to the payment part. However, I did not get the so called RP points to get the freebie stuff. And the blog/post about it, is entirely unclear on how to claim it.

Just bought the Eternal on a KDF with 25% off, that went in no problem. Bought the new Sci bundle on sale as soon as it popped up, I see the 'claim' button, but it does nothing. My Zen definitely got taken, and the game recognizes I 'have' them as the fleet ship discount applies, yet they're nowhere to be found. Hmm...
Edit: all good, restarted the game, and by then the individual ships popped up. Claimed the Fed and KDF ones fine already.

I can fully confirm it does not work hehe. A bit of a shame, bought the zen for the promotion stuff, the key ring and the Romulan science ship. But, none of it is there

Trendy how can you admins fail at something as important as this!? Wont spend anymore zen since im not getting what i payed for. Got a sci vessel last week not problem so you guys messed something up putting this deal together. Considering this game has been out 6yrs NO EXCUSES!

Try claiming the individual ship in the C-Store now that you've bought the bundle. That's sometimes necessary. Either that or look in your inventory for a ship box.
Ok, the discount is up but the new sci ships are still in that weird state of only showing up in the shipyard, un-buyable, with "-" as the zen price.

Yeah I'm not seeing the bonus Zen via Steam either. The points thing doesn't bug me (tho Holo Leeta would be neat) but I'd be much faster pulling the trigger if I had some kind of visual cue that I'd be getting the bonus Zen...

I wouldn't go so far as to condemn the devs but yeah this seems poorly constructed. Nothing about how to get these bonuses is all that clear. Bunches of folks complaining about not getting points, I personally can't tell if my purchase thru Steam is going to net me even the bonus Zen let alone the points... It's just not going well so far.
Can anyone say for sure the bonus zen is working on steam? Last time they said it worked for steam, it absolutely did not and they offered absolutely no resolution for that.
