An update on this. I just bought a smaller amount of zen. And got the RP points then. It still has not counted the big purchase. Which is unsettling, as by rights I should have 6000 rp at the moment.
This don't look good for any of us that bought zen earlier.
Had they had the 50% off packs in the cstore i would have qualified for the free regent, if the points thing was working of course. But i bought it anyway on the side.
So the points is something I've never seen before.. it says T5 Regent for 10,000 points,, but what if I already HAVE the T5 Regent? Do the points HAVE to be spent on the ship? I guess I will attempt to find this out...

So, again, it says bonus zen for purchases through steam and this is NOT true. I threw 50 bucks at them (because KDF and ROM sci ships) and got 5000 zen. I don't care about the reward points but I didn't get those either.
For those who are curious my math indicates that buying $100 worth of zen vs buying say the temporal pack at 50% off and then $30 of zen is the superior option but only if you get the reward points for the free ship.
So if you just want one of the packs it's a great deal but if you have a longer shopping list like me your better off buying bulk zen.
Can anyone confirm if the bonus points are working yet?
Also, if anyone choose the holo Leeta BOFF with points, can you confirm if it is an account unlock or just for one character?

I can confirm that after my Zen purchase via the website I was able to see my rewards points on the appropriate page. And the packages for which I have enough points show an active claim button. I haven't claimed anything yet, partly because I already have Mirror Leeta and don't want to waste points if that's the reward.
I spent $100.00 this morning for Zen, but as I check now, (5:50pm CST) still zero rewards.
I purchased when prompted by ARC, purchased through ARC, and paid for with Pay Pal. This was before noon Pacific, but was done after it was promoted on the ARC page. It is not my responsibility to know that when something is promised now, that it is not promised now.

you CAN dismiss and reclaim, but I do not know if that will be the case after the event.

as for steam... I think it's just copy and paste from back when you can buy sto packs from steam... steam still has a sto page but you cant buy anything from it last I checked.

After unlock confirmed to be account I tried $200 on Visa and declined... checked email and yeah I got a fraud alert and I cleared it saying it was from me. Says cc is good and to try again... I try again and still declined by PW. Tried different cc and still no good. PITA

So is the 25% Zen for Steam users active? I am reading conflicting reports.
Eight hours after I last checked, I'm still not seeing anything to indicate it is. The only other person I've seen in this thread directly claiming to use Steam has also said they did not get their bonus Zen.
This sale ends the 28th so they'd damn well better get somebody into the office over the weekend to straighten this mess out. One way or another I'm buying that Modern Science bundle, it's just a question of whether Cryptic will get $50 out of me or just the $25-ish I need to get enough for it...
