bought $50.00 got no "bonus points" got 6300 zen which is nice and all but was not 15-25% discounted nor can I find any special points or unlocks (r/d packs or another leeta).. bad advertising? Didn't go live on time for all deals?
Same here. What points are these? Where do I unlock the reward items? Since the clock's ticking on these I would have hoped for a clearer description on the procedure.

Which appears to either not be working or is very slow to recognize purchases. I just made a Zen purchase a few minutes before commenting here and that page doesn't recognize it.
I just purchased 5000 Zen (Arc order of 6300.00 ZEN from Arc 11/25/2016 07:26:31 AM) but have 0 rewards points... WTF?

Pro tip, Cryptic: never launch a major sales event with a reward system that doesn't work.

That is 9am EST, which was over 2 hours ago. Plus the timer is running now.

The amounts listed on the charge page are for example 2400 zen, which is 20% on top of 2000, fair enough. But that amount is always listed when there's no sale on, so is there extra on top of that 2400?
Seems a bit confusing.
Look upthread, that time was for a discount across platforms. The reward points system should have been online and running at the same time the Zen bonus came up. We have gotten one but not the other which is inconsistent at best.

That's for the cross-platform discount. The next section down, however, says:
"From now until 11/28 at 11:59AM (PT), you'll be able to unlock extra Zen! The blog was posted at 7am PT (you can find that at the top of the page) and the Zen bonus is, in fact, working right now. The rewards points are not.
That's because it's exactly 8:49:50 PT... it takes another 10 minutes.
The bonus Zen charts are also off, switching between amounts you buy and total amounts with bonus (I think), but the bonuses listed aren't the percentages - 300 bonus Zen on a 5,000 purchase is only 6%, not 20%.
Are the "points" you get for buying just the Arc points, or is this another new type of points?
The late start of the sale - at least I think - is a little odd, but more than made up for by extending it throughout the weekend. Just a tip for your marketing people: you've probably already lost out on some money because you were later to the game than competitors. That's not intended as a dig, just a note that your customers exist in a universe where a lot of businesses are competing for their dollars. I spent a few hundred last night at midnight elsewhere.
I can't speak to the rest of the questions, because it sounds like things aren't quite clear yet. But the 20% bonus isn't included in the "5300" Zen purchase. That 300 bonus on $50 is always there, not just during this sale. The extra 20% comes after, as another 1000 Zen. Other people have already reported that they correctly got 6300 Zen for $50. So it seems like that part, at least, is working as expected.
