The link to support even from within the arc client works for me as of now. I also had internal server error just 15 mins ago.
I am also waiting for a ticket to be resolved. The RP spending was very unclear when they launched the event, especially not being able to get multiple lower tier rewards = I wanna swap now when I know how the system works or they change so you can claim 1 reward of every tier up to and including your max tier you spent cash for to reach.

hmmm dont know what to say... I got all my reward/charge points. But I use this sites access and I think used Arc too. Thou it only let me use my cc the 1st time for $20 on NW... after that all cc declines and had to resort to Paypal for the rest.
I made 3 zen purchases. The first one, I never got the points. So I can't get Leeta, which is why I spent $50... I have 3550 RP -_-

The rewards page stipulated that purchases after 6am PT on Black Friday should have resulted in points and the blog said 'from now until ... ' and was posted at 7am that morning talking about both the bonus zen and the rewards points. If one was up they both should have been ... but they weren't.
Plenty of us never got the reward points, and people still argue that we bought zen to soon. When it was clear, that the clock was ticking down, and it said you'd get these reward points from now <insert time> till the end date.
I would suggest, to those that wish to argue that many of us are wrong or whichever reason they'd like to use. Would best let someone from Arc/Cryptic actually chime in on this thread. Seeing as many of us sent in tickets to try and get this fixed, and received the copy paste answer that everyone else got.
As I am dead sure. Buying the points as the clock was ticking down and it stating I'd/we would get reward points, then not receiving them is false advertising. Course it's only for a java gift, but that is beside the point. They have the records of who bought zen at what times and with what amounts.
At the very least Arc/Cryptic can fix the issue for those of us that never got what was offered. Rather than having counter arguments about something that is clearly not understood or known by the few posters that insist we are in the wrong.

Bugs in system, or problem with stuff on their end... not like it hasnt happened before. even on the other games... NW had initially had info that you get the lower tiers as well. Turns out you dont and they updated the info... the blogs and post and websites may of all gone out but they didnt notify the right folks and so it was all too early. Just point out the info and when you bought the zen and say you never got credited for the points... hopefully they will get it all sorted out in time.

If anyone that is working on the missing reward points, could drop us a few lines, just too let us know you are still working on it, that would be good, and would calm everyone that worries at the moment.
Did you get the Dilithium with the 25% Bonus? I think the server crash has something to do with all of these problems with the Reward Points.
For the Points I have I wish I can use all of mine buying the 1,000 Point Reward (R&D Packs) or 2,000 Point Rewards (Delta Duty Officer Pack) and skip the add-ons that I already have. Unfortunately you can only claim a Tier once. Let me correct that, you can claim and spend for each Tier multiple times but it will only be awarded once.

I'll point out again I liked this promo apart from the execution with lack of information on how you can get the rewards which account for me claiming the wrong items. - Yep, I am not used to information changing after making a deal.
I have on my ticket a note from support saying you'll tweet or inform how to fix things within a couple of days, that was almost a week ago. So now when Xmas is ingame and all and we are approaching the real deal of holiday season too. How and when can we expect a happy solution to this?
After sending a ticket in and waiting almost a week. It seems my account was credited with the missing reward points. So it might be worth it for those of you that sent tickets in to check the claim page often. It's nice it got fixed for myself anyhow, and I hope it does get fixed for everyone else.
