What price will the TOS Connie climb to?

Starting today the packs will no longer be sold by cryptic (at least for awhile) so the supply of packs and ships will start to drop. I am even seeing some people already demanding 1.5 billion. The packs should also jump a lot in price on the exchange as well.

    saw today one of thetrading channel for 1,2 billion, but i guess that are just oscilations in price, does today Promo pack getting removed?

    Oh yeah end of the line for the packs. will be interesting to see where it goes. Those 1.5b+ offers are jumping the gun though its too soon there is still a fairly plentiful supply of promo boxes.

    Yeah I think those 1.5 billion requests were high, but in a week or 2? Guess it depends on how many have already been bought, how many are stored, and how many packs are still out there. Still in real dollar terms it's crazy for STO. Not EVE ship price crazy, but still crazy.

    it could be the second the first one to surpass 2B was the Voth Bulwark which was only given out once and never had another event again but i am hoping the 23c ships have a second run.

    I did not know the bulwark got to 2 billion - wow. On percent terms I think the packs will increase the most as 2 billion is just to out of reach. Packs could go to 30 to 50 million easy.

    The Bulwark sold for 3.5 Billion on at least one occasion.

    It's a good thing i am not in the least interested in that ship especially when i look at those prices.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Irrelevant question.

    What will it take me to get a T'Liss? I already have the rest. Won from promo boxes, weirdly (and expensively) enough.

    So this is more of the 1 billion + X keys type of deal?

    I'm still trying to figure out what to do with mine (still in box). Ultimately I just don't want it that much. I have no Captains left that need an exotic ship. They all have their own little signature craft. I could give it to my AOY, but it kinda seems overkill, and the Constitution is the least interesting of the three to me (Command abilities need a serious going over).

    I guess I'm asking how does a transaction of that magnitude even take place? Are people just mentally short-handing everything above 1 billion as being in barter goods?

    I'm semi-hopeful that eventually it'll net me an intel Sheshar and X million scads of ec. I guess I'm just letting it cook while trying not to flinch each time the shshar vanishes from the exchange entirely :).

    I also have 8 of the promo packs I'm just kind of sitting on to fund much more modest tidbits to tune up my stable.

    Personally, I bought mine from someone on the Trade Channel who wanted 1.2 billion in any combination of EC, keys, or R&D Promo Packs. I traded 38 R&D packs and 585 million EC.

    So, there are people who are asking what is the accepted reasonable value, and there are reasonable people who will pay the accepted value. Don't let the profiteers or the cheapskates ruin your good time.

    But seriously, I saved 4 R&D packs for a rainy day, when they are trading for a stupidly high amount. I already got the Connie, I would like to save up enough to get a D7.

    Century pack will not reach 2b, they are selling for 1,3b already, so 1,5 sounds possible for later.

    It's a free market. If someone is willing to buy it at that price, they will be sold at that price.
