If you've come to the forums to complain about the AFK system, it's known to be bugged at the moment.
I had just started an STF run, when suddenly everything just froze, and then I got booted.
When I tried to log back in I get stuck at connecting to account server, and eventually a connection timed out error.
Did the server just take a nosedive again?
I can not login in either. Was on earlier this morning... but now the login screen doesn't even come up. Seems poor connection to server or something.
For those who didn't click the link, it's a statement from Cryptic that they are currently investigating the server outage, aka they're working on it. That is good news, I was worried they might be unable to do anything until after the holiday.

Yup. Same here. Just got home and can't even connect to the launcher updater.
Honestly, if no devs are responding right now, it's likely due to this being a pretty major issue. Sys admins for major servers don't get a day off. BUT they may be at reduced staff for the holidays, so whoever is working on it must be pretty busy indeed.
