Yes, I respect any team member willing to work through the holidays. Running down server issues is neither fun, nor conducive to relationships - especially on New Years Eve.
Do they not employ people whos only job is community management? Can they not be on call and work from home for these types of situations to communicate with the community on a big gaming day like today?
New years eve is one of the biggest gaming days of the year. I save posting items on the AC for days like today because of the higher demand for goods. It appears that this new years eve is going to be a total waste. Just someone letting us know that they are working on it, and giving us an ~ETA would be really great for their customer service, and shouldn't take someone who is not working on servers very long at all.... like 5 min.

Also, I love how when filing a game support ticket, it's asking me to: "Please select an item under Game Support" and there's no pull down menu to do so, and thus, I can't send in a ticket for game support. Bravo PWE, well played.
Quick update, being told it is a general network issue in one of our datacenters. The network engineers are working on it. They have not given me an ETA yet other than they will give me an update soon. So I can't give an ETA to you yet.

Same here. Was about to enter a Crystalline Entity Advanced match when red server message, server not responding. Game exe crashed. Relaunched only to get failure to connect after 5 tries. I rebooted my network and my computer to make sure it was not a problem on my side. Same result, no connection
