    My character Koltar@captainkoltar is getting a consistent issue.

    In my Fleet Advanced Escort (USS Proximus) I have 2 loadouts, one called Proximus-S, the othe Proximus-XS. The XS loadout never loads its Science Officer abilities to the tray (that's keys 4, 5 and 6).

    Consistently resets the power trays after beaming from Jenolan Delta Command (Ground) to Space. All powers are put back to default position.

    Did not happen yesterday in my Fleet Avenger when changing maps.

    Okay, I just did a test. I took Lilly to DS9 and beamed back up. Same issue as at ESD, exactly like the picture I linked to.

    Edit: It also happened when I beamed down to the Vlugta mine and back up. So basically, when she leaves her ship for a ground mission/ESD/DS9 and beams back up, her loadout is scrambled and all her BOFF abilities, scorpion fighters and trade freighter call is missing. Oh, and four of her weapons are gone and not set to autofire anymore
    Now a LTS and loving it.

    I also did another experiment. I have nine toons and I took them all to places where I could beam them off their ship and back. These are the toons who lost their loadouts:

    Lilly@echatty
    Jacob@echatty
    Shyann@echatty

    None of my other toons experienced the problem, only those three, and it was almost identical. The picture I linked to would be very similar to each one. I'll put the URL in this post as well. It seems to only affect the abovementioned toons. It seems to happen when they're beamed off ship for any reason and then when they beam back, their loadout is changed.

    Flavorous@pyrogxmk3 : Faeht Intel special tray disappears when zoning, but CAN be brought back by just clicking it (not that there is a hide button) in the HUD Layout Editor. Romulan Enhanced Battle Cloak always disappears from entering a space zone in from sector space (such as patrols).

    Any sort of moving pieces of the romulan weapon set around removes hyperflux from the hotbar, even if a piece of gear was not removed.


    Koorma@pyrogxmk3All space zoning to and from sector disappear Space Active Trait powers (refracting tetryon cascade, etc) and console abilities.

    Some remaining also things get moved around randomly, usually with a weapon or three being put back into the hotbar. However this part of the issue is not consistent.

    Nothing consistent. BOFFs occasionally de-slot upon entering a non-sector space-zone, which reverts the hotbars to "brand new ship, jumble of everything except what you want there" mode. However this is inconsistent.



    In all cases the *location* of the things disappearing appears to be entirely irrelevant, as in my cases it is specific abilities/powers that disappear.

    Issue: Space power tray resets.
    Frequency: All the time.
    Trigger: Beaming out of the ship to a ground map, then back.
    Steps to reproduce: Slot powers into space power tray, then beam out of the ship to a ground map and then back up into the ship.
    Affected: All powers. Primary and Secondary power trays affected. Space only.

    Latest issue: Time of posting this message.

    There's obviously a bunch of you still having issues with loadouts. Powers, Boffs and Doffs get changed or unslotted from the reports I'm seeing. We need your help to track this down.

    We need characters that consistently experience this issue. Not "most of the time" or "sometimes", but "all of the time" or as close thereto as possible.

    If you have such a character, please provide the character's name@handle, and a clear description of what exactly happens with the character, and under what circumstances this is seen.

    For example: Enter the Sol System map, switch to <Ship Name>, set the loadout to <Loadout Name>, note the locations of the following power icons <list powers>, and now <action that causes the bug> and note that the previous power icons are now moved.

    So, if you've got a character that consistently experiences these loadout issues, and are willing and able to take the time to provide a clear description of how to reproduce the bug with your character, please reply.

    I understand this issue is extremely frustrating, and you may want to vent about it, but I'm asking everyone to please limit replies to this thread to the requested information only.

    Happens when I switch ships at ESD, Sol system or any sector space I've been... 1 out of 2 switches.

    I shows all the weapons/items being slotted on another ship so I have to manually click them back. Tray also gets all mixed up.

    What it does: Re-implements the call Azura cargo ship after I removed from my tray

    This is happening to my Doff's as well AND my Dyson Ground Set ability "Hunker Down" is not there in my tray OR in my Drag to Tray Menu

    my Doff's keep getting reset so none of them are on the roster for space

    Teela@Karlbarb. I have not yet tested with my other characters.

    Dealing with this issue also. Seems to have come up since the Delta expansion launched.

    The first time I noticed it was right after I switched ships in space right over Romulus. When I switched back to my D'Deridex, my trays were wonky. And have remained wonky. While there have been one or two occasions where it has not been the case, in pretty much every other time, it happened when I either entered or left a new system, beemed back up to my ship from a planet ... basically anything that would trigger a loading screen.

    I have tried saving my loadout with the correct setup I have, but it not only keeps reverting, my loadout actually insists it's using it's saved setup. This seems to only be affecting bridge officer abilities as my own captain abilities don't move. Neither do my singularity abilities. It is affecting all bridge officer abilities on every tray (regular, Alt, Shift, Ctrl) where they had been placed. It also seems to affect console and item abilities as those get shuffled around too. Basically, only Captain and singularity abilities seem unaffected for me.

    EDIT: Checked on my other romulan character, Kel Shir@Karlbarb ... he has not switched ships since the launch of Delta. He is not experiencing this problem at all. I think he'll stay in this ship a while. He is flying a T'Varo Retrofit.

    All my ships have the exact same issue. When transferring from ground to space, or from sector space to a space map like Sol System, or even when changing maps in the inexplicably long new story content - my Bridge Officer's abilities are all removed from the trays and any ability from special consoles is also removed. At the same time my active space and ground duty officers have to be re-slotted every time I change maps. This happens every time and can be replicated with depressing inevitability.

    Oh, it was fine before the update. It's an old bug from before, back from the dead.

    Since DR launched, my Romulan Tac is unable to train any Bridge Officers skills. I've tried it at different locations (New Romulus, First City, Delta Command), but whenever I tried to train skills, they got greyed out.

    Everytime with all new Delta Ships when i beam down Station or Planat when i am back on board..
    i have to order my skills... it not funny when someone is shooting u und you think u press Torpedo skill and its ... selfdestruction... ARGH...

    i think my Boff´s go 4 a drink when i leave the ship... :/

    Added Sabotage probe to my new console slot. I placed this under "9" on my primary power bar and moved Fleet Support onto my fourth power bar.
    Every time I move into a new mission zone or PvE zone the probe is missing from my power bars and Fleet Support is back where it was.

    I tweaked my bridge officer powers last night and made further changes to my power bars.
    Every time I move into a new mission zone or PvE zone the new bridge officer powers are missing, replaced with blank slots and the sabotage probe/fleet support are as described above.

    I have spoken with my fleet mates and after doing so, I tried locking the power tray, but it has no effect.
    Until the expansion I hadn't set any loadouts, I don't switch between ships and manage fine without switching weapons/consoles. I set one up to see if it made a difference and it has had no effect.

    Ship: Charydbis, the only ship I use on that character.


    From what I can see, my power trays are resetting to their pre-expansion layout and this layout is locked, making any and all changes temporary

    If you fix the load-out system, that would be epic !!

    bone ugly@bone1970, multi-load-outs if i switch to a other load-out boff's and power-tray will not load corectly.
    If i put boff's and fill power-tray on load-out the other load-outs will not work correctly.

    Stop-gap SOLUTION found...

    1) Get a different ship and switch to it so you can decommission the ship that's giving you problems.
    2) Re-purchase or re-claim your desired ship and set it up again.
    3) Decommission your "switch ship" you used to decommission your "problem ship".
    4) Set up the hotbar stuff to your preference and beam to the likes of New Romulus Command and back to your desired ship again.

    Hopefully (like me), this has pro-tem fixed the problem...

    I would periodically lose skills/bridge officers when transitioning from ground to space before DR, now I've got a new problem.


    I was having power problems, so I took a Heavy Bio-Molecular Disruptor Turret off auto-fire (before DR). I resolved my power problem, but the turret won't stay on auto-fire now.


    I just tested it by entering a deep space encounter with the turret on auto-fire. It worked fine, still on auto-fire after returning to sector space, and upon entering the Vulcan System. I beamed down to Vulcan, and when I beamed back up the turret is "off" again.


    I experience the exact same problem described above with a fleet warp core with weapon capacitor. I added the weapon capacitor to the tray, no problem in the deep space encounter, returning to sector space, or entering the Vulcan System. Beam down to Vulcan, return to ship, and the weapon capacitor is gone from the tray.


    Edit - Did another test. The turret's barrage was in the first row, number 6, and the weapon capacitor was in the first row, number 7. I switched them in sector space, locked (haha) the toolbar, beamed down to Bajor and back up to the ship.


    The turret's barrage was back at 6, and the weapon capacitor was gone again.

    Steps to Repeat:
    1. Warp into mission and descover Aux Batteries are no longer in ability tray (the "5" slot).
    2. Take time to put Aux Batteries back into the ability tray. Make sure the "Lock Tray" is checked.
    3. Complete mission and leave the zone.
    4. If going into a space/sector zone, the batteries should remain in the slot.
    5. If going to a ground zone, the batteries will not be in the slot when returning to space/sector.

    I have no saved Loadouts, but the game usually remembers the ship setup.

    Ship: Brynhild Upgraded Tactical Oddyssey

    NO saved loadouts since I use the same loadout for everything

    I bought the extra doff slot from the fleet's spire, so I have 6 slots for space and 6 for ground

    Starting at Sol System space map:


    Slotted 6 officers for both space and ground

    Added "Heavy Graviton Beam" (from the full MACO set ) ability to the tray, along with all my captain's abilities, reputation active abilities and devices

    Starting any space queue mission:

    When the mission map is loaded The "Heavy Graviton Beam" ability Disappears from the tray

    Both ground and space duty officers are still loaded.

    After finishing (or failing :rolleyes: ) the queue

    Added "Heavy Graviton Beam" ability to the tray again


    Both ground and space duty officers are still loaded.

    If I move into a ground map:

    5 of the 6 space doffs are unloaded. Usually (around 90%) the last doff I slotted is still slotted, otherwise is any of the others 5, but there is always one of them still loaded

    The 6 ground doffs are still slotted.

    I slot the space doffs again

    Moving in to space again

    "Heavy Graviton Beam" ability Disappears from the tray again (seems like it dissapears every time I change map, also this is the only ability doing that, everyting else remains on the tray)

    Again 5 of 6 doffs are removed

    I seem to have ALL these issues on my Romulan but not my Fed or Klingon. chenchuan@chenchuan

    It will get "fixed" and then just reappear when I zone or log in. There is no rhyme or reason. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. My active Doffs have been an issue forever. Now I have a different number "active" every time I log in. Trays and other things haven't been an issue until Delta went live.

    Aside from tray issues, my Fed and Klingon have issues with issues with ship visuals. About everytime I log in there is some gear that gets the visuals turned on. I also have issues with ship customization - for about a year now. Tried all the work arounds but no matter what I do the paint job resets

    I also now have an issue on my romulan where one of my pistol doesn't work. I get little romulan symbols in the tray and it wont fire

    When I left D7 space for main space, the icons stayed the same.....

    When I returned to D7 space, the icons remained the same....

    I docked and returned to D7 space, the icons reverted back to the original default loadout I listed above.

    It appears anytime space - ground barrier is broken, your code is reset to a previous stored version of icons or perhaps some random but now permanent icon selection.

    Except this is happening in a mirror universe ship. If I decommission it, I will lose it.

    Everytime I access my multi-mission surveillance Explorer, whether signing in or beaming to it, I lose my gravity well skill from the 8 spot on my Plasma Eng loadout, no matter how many times I save that loadout.

    Hi,

    I'm flying an Fleet Ar'Kif on my character Tali@Chip4312, and I'm experiencing the load out issue too. While it feels like it happens every single time I change map in space, I think its not quite as simple as that. It happens every time I change sector space, it happens whenever I beam back up to the ship from anywhere, but if I enter a map in the sector space, for example a patrol, the problem doesn't seem to happen. Essentially I could complete an entire patrol mission to visit multiple maps in a sector without experiencing the problem, but if I have to beam down anywhere, or change sector space thats when the abilities are removed from the bar.

    Also, the only abilities removed from the bar are those that I have put there since the release of DR. Everything existing before then stays where it is. This doesn't just apply to placing new abilities, but also happens if I swap the positions of existing ones. On entry to new sector space, these changes are reverted.

    It seems to be to me that whatever provides continuity for the selection of abilities in your load-out tray is not working.

    Every time I transition to any space map or beam to my ship my Antiproton Duel Cannon Mk XII geta unslotted from Canterbury loadout and ends up in my overflow bag. It also happens when transitioning to any mission map. Also my Boffs are missing from Space Duty and Ground Duty slots.

    Ok.. Logged out last night in sector space and tray was fine. Log in today and its messed up again. But its different.

    For the past few days its been the same 3 skills/powers every time. Today its different. Now its 4 powers and two of them have never been an issue before and one of the ones that was always messing up is fine and where it should be.

    Since I have it saved I reloaded the loadout. That restored it fine. except - One of the slots/powers that had always been OK loaded with a DIFFERENT power/skill that I have never had slotted in my tray. Its now a torpedo instead of the skill.

    On top of the skill now being a torpedo, the order changed. The skill replaced by the torp should have been in the # 9 spot but #8 had moved to #9 and where #8 should have been was the torp.

    after fixing all that in sector space and saving, I flew a short distance to a planet for a patrol mission. Zoned into patrol map and everything had reset to where it had been when I first logged in. Activated the saved load out and it was fine again

    Added to my previous post:

    I also noticed that since this bug crept up, it's very difficult at times to drag abilities from my bridge officers into keybind slots. For example, I have it set up so I use numbers, ALT,CTRL,SHIFT ... and moving abilities from the bridge officers directly often (usually) does nothing. I have to open up my powers window (P) to be able to drag abilities into my trays.

    I won't sugar coat it here ... given it switches out every time I beam to a planet and back, and three quarters of the time when I switch to and from sector space, this is making the game incredibly unplayable for me as I'm spending half my playing time re-sorting through skills. I'm just happy I have a battle cloak so I can safely do so when surrounded by enemies. Pleeeeeeeeease fix this one. It's a game breaker.
