I am flying the Intrepid and its retrofit often.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

The Kazon would be nice but I got tired of seeing them so much....

    Dyson sphere....how cool is that?!

where's the continue new story write something cool not based off another series and continue the iconions in the delta quadrant , showing something like an invasion towards alpha quadrant which forces the war to be put on hold in the alpha quadrant to face the unknown evil

They fit the Iconian storyline of STO quite perfectly.
Their Empire fell because the sun of their home systen went supernova.
I can easily see that being an Iconian plot like with the Hobus Event.
More like a subspace oder hyper nova, wiping out the TKon Empire like it almost wiped out the Romulans.

Yes, indeed. It would be quite interesting to see that tied in at some point. :)

We (and the devs) should be careful not to overuse the Iconians, but maybe we eventually find out who they were fighting that bombarded their homeworld to dust. I was thinking the Preservers at first but it happened way too recently (200,000 years ago rather than billions).

EDIT: Hey, here's an idea. Maybe long before they became Space Gangbangers the Kazon were actually competent and are old enemies of the Iconians who technologically backslid.

Easiest explanation is the same reason there are still Romulans and Remans left. Some were off-planet at the time.

Some of them may be an understatement.
Both the Iconians and the Romulans had vast interstellar Empires. The loss of their homeworlds may kill the state, but not the species.

Indeed. We know the Iconians had gateways in multiple QUADRANTS, not just multiple planets.

I'm really leaning toward the idea that this poll was used to design the upcoming winter event ship.

Krenim destroyer does have a nice ring to it.

I wonder if they will be taking the current temporal ships into account while they work on any Krenim content. It would be interesting to see a new vessel for the winter event, but then again, i'm sure there are a lot of people that still want to try for the Bug ship.

In the latest livestream Branflakes / Brandon did he did say it was going to be a new ship. But yeah a bug would imo also be a very good prize.

The Krenim, of course. The Year of hell deserves the Krenim in STO. And the time ship.. :D

But it will be really curious to see the malon freighter on STO, for example, or a hierarchy ship (that must be amazing i must say lol). Or the Devore warship... everything except the Vidiian and the Kazon.. for god sake.

As far as i know, there was never a krenim destroyer. Just the krenim escort (but not enough to be a destroyer and with the size of a frigate smaller than Voyager) and the krenim warship.

    NEVER! IT CANNOT BE KILLED!
    MU HA HA HA!

I do hope the DEVs Re-see it.

On the poll before it ... I was the one who went on full assault of: "VOTE ENTERPRISE!"

I do not regret doing that. Alas, Voyager is good enough. :) (I think Voyager is great ... but, for STO [purposes], ENT > VOY)
Hopefully I'll come back from my break; this break is fun; I play intellectual games.

    I hope STO get's better ...

The Krenim Warship was a Modified Hirogen Heavy Escort in VOY so that would be easy to make in STO, they already have the base model down.

I hate to say it but with Dan being off the STO team and working on other stuff. Anything from his time has no relevance anymore.

The Kernim would be an awesome Enemy to have. Also lets put some of their ships in a lockbox.:D

Yeah, I have to agree. :( Where did he run off to anyway?

    a) Dont encourage the lockboxes, at this rate every ship in the game will be in a lockbox.

... Who am I kidding its going to happen anyway. Best just accept it.

    b) He was re-assigned to go and lead cryptic's "super-secret-MMO" that's in development.
