    I am still just getting the Error code: 25316319

    System: Windows XPpro Sp3
    AMD Athlon 64 processor 3800+
    2.40Ghz 1.50gb of ram (was never an issue)

    Nvidia 9400gt: Driver version: 6.14.13.3165
    DirectX 9.0c

    Same situation as it was at the beginning of season 8.

    Update: Wonder, did cryptic create season 8 in the DirectX 11 or in the 3d format, which may be conflicting with players of lower versions that are not compatable. The new update with nvidia has new features for rendering the dirextX 11, maybe that is conflicting with the seaason 8 format? Just a few thoughts.

    I did get into the game after new season launch, got a few graphics glitches and logged out. I then updated my drivers and couldn't get back in. I rolled back my drivers and now can again. If it would help for people to know which driver I am now using it's this one
    9.18.13.1106 and the driver date was 18Jan2013 or 18.01.2013 (I hadn't bothered to update for ages since everything was working so nicely for me)

    Anyway, I should have thought of rolling BACK my driver after updating drivers caused all my problems. I offer this as a suggestion for people to try as it takes moments and MAY work.

    For the people with a Nvidia videocard.
    I was having some trouble with the games since i updated my drivers a week of 3 ago.

    I was having much lag in star trek and when streaming you tube movies and such.
    And with an other computer problem which i could not solve. I decided after that star trek did crash on loading after season 8 patch to reinstall my computer.

    I only installed the windows recommended driver for my video card.
    And some other basic stuff. And i could login to the game this morning.

    So maybe you can roll back a few updates from nvidia to solve the crashing problem.

    amd athlon II x3 435 2,90Ghz
    Nvidia geforce GTS 450 videocard
    and windows 7 sp 1 64bit

    loaded the new update for holodeck, and crashed out at usual spot. Updated the computer with new video drivers and microsoft service pack 3, launched and crashed. Played DCU Online instead...

    Main power is still offline. I've evaced the crew to the even numbered decks and I had power shut down from odd numbered decks. Aux power is operating at min lvls in order to maintain life support I'm hesitant to evac the ship due to an increasing threat from the elachi and the tal'shiar and with no way to set the ship's self destruct it would make a nice prize for any hostile species. I've ordered all personal to arm them selfs just incase we take on some uninvited guess

    This crashing issue is also happening to me. Since the season 8 update. I miss STO and cannot wait to return!

    When is the next maintenance? Next Week?

    Loading Screen Crashed against a Warbird, Romulan Space cop gave me a ticket (Number: 18897741)

    So many Lobi Crystals lost already :/

    old MacCyrptic had a game... E-I-E-I-Ooo with crash-crash here and Bug-bug there... here a crash there a bug everywhere a crash or bug... E-I-E-I-oooooh.

    FOund a update to my driver trying to install it and see what happens. Ill dx diag after trying to play if it worked or not

    After the release of Season 8 I like many other have not been able to even get past the load screens and into sector space. I do get full log in, char selection but as soon as sector space starts to load at 90 odd percent crash to desktop

    as i install the drivers i also cleaned out the fans and air sprayed the cpu etc. hoping this works

    Some players are experiencing a crash during the loading screen. We are continuing to work on a resolution and will note it in patch notes once one is available.


    3 days without playing....is there a compensation for the lobi reward i miss because you are not capable of repair your game ??? :(:(:mad::mad:
